I support this request.

I see that Construction is rather low on the Devs' agenda:

"Dozing Panda - When will Construction rework take place? I'd love to see the forgotten skill be popular again. I just miss the popularity of house parties and sharing your fun houses with friends.

Mod Dean:Currently no ETA sorry this work hasn't started and isn't likely to this year."


This is from the March Q&A session.

I believe SOMETHING new should be introduced as soon as possible. The complete revamp can wait; just a new room or perhaps a few bug fixes - anything to indicate that the skill has not been forsaken would be very much appreciated .

im not sure if anyone feels the same way.. but when it comes to designing your player owned house, u might decide to buy paintings for the wall space in the quest hall?? that's what sir renitee is for.

but when it comes to buying paintings/crests from sir renitee for your home, - there is no skip dialogue option!

so u might spend about 30 minutes just buying paintings from sir renitee.
sure. but I have an idea. instead of having to buy the paintings off him, (if u have the requirements,) there should be another workshop-type of room where u can do craft related things!

imagine a room with your own spinning wheel! or perhaps even a dwarven sowing machine?!? potters wheels/pottery oven, a sink for making wet clay, and a painting stand for making landscapes and portraits for your home!

its ingenious.

I also agree with most of the construction suggestions that have been already made.

construction was made 8 years ago. its time it got it-self a facelift.

Move existing rooms, nuff said. Not for free of course can charge like 100k or whatever per space moved, but for god's sake add move rooms...why should i delete my entire 200m house or whatever cause of some wrong placement or shiz.

Completely forsaken is a great way of describing construction.

WOODCUTTING HAS GOTTEN MORE UPDATES THAN CONSTRUCTION.

WOODCUTTING.

Think about that for a while.
