"I would like to leave the Contest."said Zen, waiting for the King to exclaim with suprise or get furious.
"Aaah. Is this something important?"asked Roald with a ghost of a smile.
"Yes."
Roald looked grim. "So be it. I am indebted to you for saving my child."
"Erm..are you alright your majesty?"asked Zen, for he noticed that the king looked very pale.
"Yes, just some flu. Well, i'll see you later, I have some work to attend to."replied Roald with a small smile. He then went past Zen, through the door Zen came from. Zen followed Roald outside to see that Roald had disappeared. Confused, Zen came back to the courtyard to see Nate waiting for him with a book.
"How the blazes did you..?"
Nate smiled broadly. "Assassins are meant to fast, my friend. Unlike the bulky warriors, going around with huge battleaxes and hammers! Anyways, I just asked for a book from the librarian Reldo about the Mahjarrat."
"Did you read it?"
"Yep. You can read it now. Just go to the corner of the courtyard."said Nate.
Zen took the book out of Nate's hands and sat on a barrel at the south-western corner of the courtyard. The book had a vivid blue cover. It had the title "Stern Judges" written on it. Zen opened the book and looked for pages regarding Akthanakos.
On the thirtieth page of the book, Zen found a page mentioning Akthanakos. Whoever wrote the information must have been quite an adventurer, or must have had good correspondence with adventurers. Zen read about the location of Akthanakos. Apparently, Akthanakos was last seen near the town of Nardah.
Zen walked towards Nate and gave the book back.
"Well?"asked Nate
"Nardah."muttered Zen.
"Yes, lets prepare."said Nate as he clapped his hands together.
