Hmm.

Well, in Dark Souls Remastered, I noticed that characters are a bit lower in their level. For example, knights are level 5, not 7. While I was in the Undead Parish as just a level 7, I was invaded and looked around for the ghost. I came upon him in the stairs, and he hit me once and I died via Curse. This surprised me, as such an event never happened before. So, with half HP and no access to Purging Stones, I had no choice but to use the exploit to jump off the building, land on the small porch, then jump into the lower streets with the thieves. After a few deaths, I managed to fight through the thieves and dogs, and made it to the grilled door. After killing lots of enemies for an hour or so, I had enough Souls to buy a Purging Stone from the moss-seller in the sewers. It was quite the challenge, but I did it.

I wanted to remain unlevelled up and see how far I could go, but I quickly realized I wasn’t as good as I used to be. The furthest I got without levelling up was Anor Londo, up to the giant blacksmith. In Dark Souls Remastered, I think the game’s difficulty was increased, as I die more often. I think I lost about twenty-nine Humanities and perhaps two hundred thousands Souls so far. However, this is the funnest playthrough I ever had, and I don’t know what I did, but I like my character. She is humorously baby-faced but the cheeks aren’t so big they appear through some helms, and I think I made the eyes a bit too big XD However, the cartoony character is quite fun to play as.

Just waiting for the Chinese guys to come in the next For Honor update, that’ll be awesome.

... I hope you guys didn't stop on my account. O_o This bio really isn't coming to me. I mean, Bio's are unimportant in the grand scheme of things, but the character type I have in mind probably won't work in this setting, or in forum roleplay at all, and I'd like to have a reference to a time where I knew where I wanted the character to go.

I'm sure it'll come to me five minutes after the roleplay takes off. :P Such is how my brain works.

Hm, that gives me an idea: pre-made bios. Perhaps it is time for a game master to pre-create bios, that already have a fully-developed story, to be able to be selected by users if they wish? Or indeed, bios that merge or add to an existing bio's storyline. This is what Inferi and George did, which I think is a really cool idea.

I think a 'Pairbond" concept would work really well. Other examples are Ferra/Torr from MKX, the bond between Big Daddies and Little Sisters, or Link and Navi. A duo-bio (or even trio-bio) might be what a role-play needs, and indeed, may spark life and eagerness for the users.

I somewhat attempted this in Scions of Sorcery (I think it was that one) of which I attempted to have a new character per user's bio, to set-up a relationship. This was meant to form a parental-like bond between characters, to try and see if it'd work. After all, it's the characters and how they deal with the environment, not the world, that makes a story great.

It'd be a great idea for complex settings with potentially unwritten rules, even if it were just a brief or guideline to link characters to the plot or cast. That being said, enforced pairbonding might not be the best idea due to our differing activity levels, and doesn't really work when roleplayers are on different wavelengths (Bridgett and Garret, for example).

Annie, here are the problems with your bio:
-The Black Hand spy background. I'm going to give that a no.
-Her magic. Not only did you fail to specify which schools of Combat Magic she practiced, but you also haven't explained her experience.

If you're going to change it to be anything like what you've got right now, I'd say you need to consider these quotes and then do some changes so that it fits within the boundaries that've been set.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
