George,
I rather rudely forgot to mention, but I am sorry to hear that you have Asperger’s, mental problems often suck. Although I can’t really be of much help, I can still be around and try to be a friend! Har har.
Inferi,
A very good point, never thought of that. I will need to remember that one.
Ahh, I was under the impression that you had been diagnosed - based on a post you made some time ago on here. I appreciate the sentiment but you needn't worry, it's a part of who I am and I've embraced it, it's not like I've ever known life without it after all.

I still despise myself for having my autism; it's destroyed my self-esteem watching other people be able to have conversations, and me being unable to do so do to not just shyness, but an inability to keep a conversation going, for the most part.
Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!
When I was younger I was much worse off than I am now. To keep it blunt, I was a right little shit up until I left school, then all of a sudden I chilled the fuck out and everything got easier. I was still a shy dude who wasn't great with small talk, but years of working on those things have lessened the impact aspergers has.
That said, I'm still an awkward dude who can't maintain small talk, but I know who I am and just own it.

There's a difference between "evil that can coexist" and "monstrous and remorseless evil killer", and the problem, I think, is that the latter is what shows up. Generally, something like that doesn't fit in a lot of stories, at least not as part of a protagonist group.
Reaver from Fable 2 and 3 was a complete monster. He keeps shooting innocent people in cold blood infront of the hero and sacrifices people to dark gods in exchange for eternal youth. He has betrayed the hero constantly, yet when push comes to shove he always finds himself on the heroes side regardless. Why? Because the bigger evil wants him dead, and whatever his faults, he has skills the heroes need.
Just because someone is evil doesn't mean their interests can't align with the good guys.

True, but depending on their methods and how heroic the party is, they may not WANT his skills - or even consider them worth the monstrous behavior.
Side note, I've made an intro post on Vigil for everyone to work with. It's simple, but it works for gettign everyone in the same place.

As she was walked many miles to escape the monsters, She saw a
roadhouse
that was safe enough and decided to inside. She was surprise that it was mostly empty.
The atmosphere in this place was rowdy, and underlying tension could be made out. Like something was going to happen tonight.
She sat at one of the empty tables near the fire so she can stay warm. All she wave to the waitress and ordered a hot meal and some tea.
It isn't a roadhouse, and that isn't the atmosphere at all. Did you read the post, Annie?
