Well, it’s certainly working! Like, I don’t expect anyone to be an actual technician, but as long as the wording/actions suggest an activity that is plausible, it’s good enough for me.




About Into the Fire,
I have a similar position as Inferi about this. I joined Into the Fire as my first RP, and I did it to be part of your story, but also implemented my own ideas I already had with Spirry. There are things I did I would not have done now that I understand more RP etiquette, but even mistakes can be fun.

I feel we should continue Into the Fire as is, as Inferi and Annie pointed out. However, if a new thread is necessary, it should be a continuation of what we got so far. That way, we won’t lose too much. For example, once all important events currently in ITF are done, then, the finale can be the new thread.

Speaking of which, I think the finale has something to do with the Eight-Legged One, that thing’s a freakin’ beast. I am quite creative and knowledgeable about martial arts and fantasy themes, but I’m totally stumped on how to deal with that bad boy. He is truly something you’d expect be capable of deicide that’s for damn sure. Well, hopefully, the end of the RP won’t result in the future he comes from.

Mechanical went after Soahc, but joined forces with him and is fighting Centaur.

Newborn is, uh, after fighting off Imperial forces, and bringing them back, they went somewhere, and Spirry, uh, I don't remember what he's doing XD

Also Azi, on the matter of Spirry... I don't think I quite understood what you were going for at first. But when I got to the same page as you I became very on board with what you were doing. I feel like part of the story of Into The Fire is coming into a new age, seeing the chapters unfold that will define the coming centuries. You have the coming of the Hagfather, an event that hasn't happened in over a millennia. You have the attack on the Great Mother's hagcoven, which has existed for near a millennia. You have the emergence of Annie and the avatars of Arran, you have whatever is going off with the ogres, you have Soahc's plots. You have Siera and her story (how much of it is public I cannot remember so I dare say no further :P ), and Spirry absolutely features into that. I loved the forest. I loved the concept of Spirry essentially being a Christ-like figure, offering salvation to all, but being so utterly repulsive and inhumane. I feel like, should Spirry not die at some stage throughout the thread, the impact he has on the world will be felt for generations. Hags be hagglin', gods be god damn crazy, it's all happening ogre at Into The Fire
