Even I was a bit confused on how to work with Spirry, especially since it was the first time I was RPing, but somehow, he ended up mixing well with those who turned up with him. I’m not sure how it happened, but it just worked out with Siera et al. Heh, yeah, I always loved body horror, so I fell in love with Dead Space instantly.
And yes, Spirry is a Christ-like figure, just in the opposite direction! It also plays with the themes associated with Siera, the religion of her people, the horrors and tragedies of the world, and to some extent, kinda fits with the other demonic and evil godly figures, yet contrasts them in his own way. But yes, he does seem that, if he dies, what he has done will impact the world.
What I always wanted to do in the RPs I create, is to make users’ characters become something like Spirry: a character who changes the world. Admittedly, it’s not easy, and since my RPs tend to be sandbox-centric, it has a bit of limitations. I did notice, however, that railroaded RPs tend to be the ones that progress the most, contrary to the one-off user who criticized just that and disappeared. I think a railroaded RP makes it feel like a struggle against fate, swaying between the extremes of destiny, and provides users something to look forward too.

Your post is OK. It was something you were expected to do two turns ago, but it was as if you did not want to take action for some reason.
West,
Hm, West, I noticed your characters tend to be non-antagonistic mostly. Maybe try to have a character that’s more sinister or just looks more cool? If you lose interest in a character, then yes, you may lose interest in the thread. Maybe it’s time to consider a character that’s more imposing in power or something. But that’s just me.
