I don't think I spoiled the storylines, as I do not have an answer. As for me, when I gave the Firekeeper the eyes, she isn't talking about how bad her life is, at all.

She begged me to kill her. Have you tried using the "Talk" option?

Or did you not select he "Wish for a world without flame" option?

I have not seen Siegward since I defeated the first fire demon.

Travel to the Cathedral of the Deep chapel bonfire - it should be the second one you come across, the one that has the shortcut. Step outside and directly to the right along the fence there should be a well. Siegward should be stuck in there. As for the rest of his questline...

Patches has stolen his armor. He's somewhere in the upper area of the Cathedral. You need to either kill him or befriend and buy it off of him. Take the armor pieces to the well and there will be an option to throw them in, and that somehow allows Siegward to get out.

After that, the areas you find him in are: Irithyl (in the kitchen room above that sewer full of weird centipede things) and a cell in Irithyl Dungeon (although his room can only be accessed from the Profaned Capital - use a guide.) Make sure you free him from the Dungeon BEFORE you fight Yhorm. That is all I will say.

Anyways, I just beat the game.
Did the "Toast" emote, downed all three Siegbraus in celebration, and then plunged the world into an Age of Darkness. Final boss was great, and made up for some of the more bullshit bosses like the Dancer.

Yes, I used the Talk option, be she wasn't complaining. She mentioned she senses tiny flames beyond the darkness.

I don't recall what choice I made earlier, I tend not to pay attention/care.

Siegward is not there. I already met Patches, who humorously asked where the giant was then started cursing. Ya, I killed the giant guard before meeting Patches, much to his surprise.

I've already basically beaten the game long ago, I have to defeat the knee-walking knight. I don't want to beat the game yet as DLC is coming out soon. Just like in Dark Souls 1 and 2, I want to beat my first play through after playing through DLCs.

Anyways, I am renovating my Dracula RP, I will basically be removing lots of descriptions and keeping it all simple, that may make everything easier.

You can't see him. You need to actually walk right up to the well and you will hear him. You can then talk to him in the well.

If he's not there, maybe he somehow moved on to the next area?

You mean Prince Lorian?

If you think that's all there is to his fight, I take it you haven't reached his second phase then.
