Tier 5 - Tumeken (desert god) and Brassica Prime (cabbage god)
The god that withheld the advancement of the greatest empire ever to set foot on Gielinor is equal in strength to a cabbage. The desert gods have always gotten the worst deal out of the lore.
He didn't really 'withhold', so much as he got absolutely rek* and then blew himself up, destroying his own lands and effectively guilt tripping Zaros into retreating.
Also what the **** are you trying to say about cabbages!?

When you think about it, Arran is basically Guthix, while Soahc is basically Sliske.
I'd not considered it in that way before. Soahc would be less like Sliske than he outwardly appears, though.
I'm pretty sure Sliske is less like Sliske than he outwardly appears.

As for this master, I doubt Sliske is truly loyal to them, and is instead trying to take advantage of whoever this being is. That shifty expression when he says, "I live to serve", and calling us a pawn...I think it's a bit more likely that he's been planning to use our soul in some underhanded ritual against this apparent master.
Well all I can say is that I certainly hope so. My money is on it being Xau-Tak.
I doubt they would make the pirate quest series
that
important. Other people have suggested that it is the Stone of Jas (apparently it is actually an Elder God egg or something) or another Elder God.

Angel, Annie's new magic teacher hasn't taught her anything yet on into the fire.
Pretty sure they may have more pressing issues. And he may or may not have ulterior motives.

Absolutely nothing! I've been an avid campaigner for more Brassica Prime content since the 'cabbage king' joke of 2007. It appears that my
Brassica Rising
suggested plan has long since dropped off of the end of the forums, but I'm all for the Prime. My issue is that Brassica is a joke character, whilst Tumeken is the patriarch of an entire god pantheon.
Hags be hagglin', gods be god damn crazy, it's all happening ogre at Into The Fire
Btw, if y'all is wondering what Gorm's armor looks like... type in 'Dragon Age: Armor of the Legion' on Google Images.

Some people have speculated that many of his children (Het, Scabaras, Apmeken, Crondis) are actually fragments of him, since we really see no mention of them lore-wise until after Tumeken's death.
As for Tumeken himself... yeah, he's a bit too weak. Especially since he had such a large Empire, and is the only god known to have children.
I'm pretty sure V is also Tier 5, which is a damn shame because the Freminnik are awesome.

Well he could teach on their travel.
What are you looking for here, exactly? Annie already knows how to control her abilities, so I'd imagine anything he'd be teaching would be more...subtle. You don't need a sit-down teaching session - or in this case a walk/talk teaching session - to teach some of the more important things in life.
I mean, how do you know he isn't already teaching her?
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
