Reacting instinctively, Akthanakos transformed into a camel and leapt away with his powerful legs. He did so just as a jet of fire erupted from the monster's palm. The flames roasted Akthanakos's skin, but as an Ugthanki his hide was more resistant, so the damage was minimized. Even so, he fell back to the ground as his leg buckled when he landed.
Spyridon rushed back into the fray to his aid. As he approached, however, a blast of fire came out of nowhere, throwing him away. "He didn't even move his arm. We cannot fight if we don't know our enemy," Spyridon said, and Akthanakos nodded.
"He is a mysterious one, but he must have a weak point."
The monster swung its arm, and Akthanakos felt the sizzle of magic next to his ear. Without thinking, he dove away, just in time to avoid the fiery explosion that sounded where he had been. He looked back to see that Spyridon had dodged the attack as well.
The monster faced them, and Akthanakos could almost see the smile hidden in the void of its face. The creature raised his hand, his index finger pointed directly between Akthanakos's eyes. Akthanakos cursed. He was on the ground and defenseless.
The fire burst out of the stranger's finger, and it rushed through the air toward him. Then, at the last minute, it shot upward like a column harmlessly into the sky. Akthanakos's eyes widened, and then he looked upward.
General Zamorak was standing on the building overlooking the alleyway, and his hand was outstretched, forcing the fire away. "Looks like I showed up just in time," he said impassively.
The creature looked up at him, and Spyridon seized his chance. He vanished and reappeared right next to the monster, and he slid his dagger across the monster's neck. It fell to the ground, dying in a pool of blue blood.
Zamorak joined them on the ground. "What the heck is that thing?"
"We don't know," Spyridon replied.
"Azzanadra will know. Let's go back to the palace."
And they went, carrying the body along with them.

Bleh, by it's colour of blood we can't devise what it is.
Nowhere in any Runescape History does it mention a creature with blue blood or anything with that kind of face, not even demons. So I see it one of three options.
1. It's from another realm.
2. It's extinct. or
3. It isn't natural and was a reanimation of several things, brought about by, necromancy or something.
