I will be likely applying for my piece. Due to its sheer intended length, however, it will not be for some time, as I intend to develop the story into a novel and, should the gods be fair, a volume. Hopefully you'll still wander these forums by the time at least the first piece is concluded, or near conclusion.

How much of the story ought to be done for you to take a review?

The story should have a full arc. It's impossible to summarily review a plot if it's incomplete and is even harder to do a comprehensive review on an unfinished work.
