Annie asked in a weak, painful voice," But who are you? You know who I am and I don't know who you are so I can make a choice to trust you or not. Do I have to take that pill? What does that pill actually do? " She hoped the FBI don't come soon to take her away. She was still frighten from what just happened to her. -Dances-

"I'm Morinth, I'm here to rescue you. Hallex induces euphoria, you'll feel awesome when you take it. It's the least I could do considering how much you've been through. I care about you, I want you to be safe and happy. Let me apply Medigel for you." the lady said, and her Omnitool appeared, and she activated her Medigel. The Medigel healed Annie's injuries rather quickly, she felt much better within a few seconds.

The blue lady then leaned over Annie, so closely, that their foreheads were just a few inches apart. Annie could even feel Morinth's breath, which was quite nice. The blue lady slightly grinned, revealing a row of perfect, white teeth.

"I trust you, that’s why I risked coming here, just for you. I have been on the run for most of my life, I know how to avoid corrupt government. I can teach you to do the same. But, it’s your choice.”

Annie sigh with relief as Morinth put Medigel on her wounds. She started to trust her but she was afraid. Everything was going so fast that made her more confused what to do. She asked,"If I decided to go with you, would you teach me to control my powers? Is this Room door locked?" She was thinking to join her because she doesn't want to be locked up for the rest of her life. -Dances-

“Yes, I can teach you to control your... powers, and there are ways to enhance them. It’s nice to talk to someone interesting. For a moment, I thought you were not interesting to talk with, but you’re a Metamorph, you can see and do things most people can’t even imagine. Today, it’s all about you, and I will teach you everything I know, we can sure do that together. As for the door, no, it’s not locked, that’s why I went through it. I’ve got a pretty good place in the shadows. When do you want to get out of here? You don’t need to take the Hallex if you don’t want to, maybe it’s better to have a clear head until we are alone.”

Annie nodded and said in a weak voice,”that sounds good to me. I am ready to learn what I need to know. The pill you said to take, it scares me. I feel to weak to move. I don’t want to be locked up. How did you find me? How are we going to sneak out of here without being notice?" -Dances-

As she sped down the highway, specially-modified cycle underneath her, X7A’s eyes were as much on the vehicles around her as they were on the road itself. Remaining on course required very little mental focus, and even with the not-entirely-legal weaving through traffic she was nowhere close to capacity. In truth, she did not fully understand why she was even using a vehicle, as she could move about much quicker by simply using her innate abilities, but as the orders always came from above her she did not question them.

Each vehicle held something different. The van on the right: four people, two adult, one child, one adolescent. All registered inhabitants of the middle city, registered as family. No threat.

The two-door in front of that: one person. Male. One criminal violation. Minor, served sentence. No threat.

Motorcycle passing on the left: two people. One asari, one human female. Asari registered as bartender in middle city. Human registered as dark energy metamorphosed. Ability level classified as minor. No threat.

The analysis continued as X7A scanned each and every vehicle that she passed, the information filtering through the government database files her cybernetics were connected to. Every assessment, despite what it held, came up the same: no threat. Very rarely did her database flag anyone as a potential threat, and it was even more rare for such an assessment to bring it up as something that she needed to deal with. Most threats were dormant, people or things that might be dangerous if they turned against her but had no reason to do so.

Listening intently as the words of her mission briefing passed through her ears, X7A gave only a single word in response to the initial query: "
Yes.
" She did not speak throughout the entire summary, although her mental processors were searching her database for relevant information over the course of the information.

The target location seemed to be nothing remarkable. nothing more than a normal warehouse in a typically urban environment. If it was staffed, then there might be more than the target to contend with, and if the target was with the mafia that were suspected to be connected with the location then it was possible there would be opposition from them as well. Situational environments meant little to X7A, as she was trained for effectiveness regardless of what environmental impediments might be placed in her way. Her cybernetics gave her unimpeded vision even in darkness, and even if there was a plan to use toxic hazards to impede her her suit would provide the protection needed to escape whatever the problem was.

What the target was referred to was an unfamiliar name to X7A, and her database gave her no more information than the man speaking to her. Cross-referencing the name given with the picture gave nothing either, and the cause of death could not be connected to the two in any way outside of what was being given to her. This was standard; seldom did she have to find information that was not being given to her by those giving her the mission, but the way her mind worked made such scanning a necessity regardless.

The deaths of CEOs and the seeming involvement of the FBI was of no interest to her, at least outside of the fact that it gave possible information on who she might be facing. All that mattered was to complete what she was given; the intrigue of politics and the machinations of those who were at the top of the power scale were irrelevant unless it put them in her path.

It wasn't important to think about things like that, as it was the job of her superiors. She was a soldier, and it was her duty to carry out her orders.

As for importance? Everything was important if she was assigned.

Continuing the drive, X7A brought the cycle as close as she could to the destination before parking it wherever it was convenient. It wasn’t like anyone was going to steal it; the vehicle’s automated defense grid would take care of anyone foolish enough to try. Yet even if they did, it would affect her very little.

Climbing out of the cycle, X7A made a final check of her equipment, which wasn’t much yet as she was running light at this point. If she needed more later, it could be fetched, although her twin pistols were still with her. It made no sense to walk in entirely unequipped; her own appearance wasn’t exactly unassuming, what with the armor and all, and since she wasn’t going to be walking into a potentially hostile situation without that protection there wasn’t any reason to leave her weapons behind either.

Approaching the target location on foot, X7A began scanning the area with her cybernetic eye. She wasn’t searching for anything specific; rather, she was looking to see if anything seemed out of place. Even so, unless it was serious, she wouldn’t cease her approach towards where the main entrance of the building would be.

Morinth looked like she was getting bored again.

“You nearly burned down a school, everyone’s heard of you, dull-stone. You know, news, it spreads pretty quickly, and I just happened to be around. It’s not easy for a Metamorph to stay hidden anywhere in America, and New Jersey is no exception. Not even a smaller city like Morristown can keep you hidden. As for leaving, we will walk out, together, obviously. Unless you really can’t move, at all, then I will have to finish my business with you pretty quick and move on.” Morinth said, then she stood up, looking down at Annie. “I’m running out of time. Come on, let’s go.”

X7A

If she had no need for any vehicle, even for being able to carry extra equipment, hopefully that fact would be remembered for next time.

After scanning various people, X7A detected no threat, which was good; she even noticed a Metamorph. But, not even Morristown, New Jersey, could hide everything from X7A, and she reached the destination. Despite lacking details, she still had her mission, and approached the destination on foot. Capable of perinatural abilities, she had little to fear.

At first, she was unable to pick up much, cybernetic eye scanning and gazing for anything that seemed out of place. Rather high in the construction sites, she could see:

This probably was not part of her mission, but, from left to right, she detected:
Gabriel Perez, three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of possession of illegal drugs, served six months in jail, no threat.
Arnold McNiece, no criminal record, but obviously in the instance of murder; possibly undetected criminal or criminal record wiped clean. Low threat.
John Jergens, five counts of battery, six counts of armed robbery, served five years total in prison through two sentences. No threat.
Han Chan, one count of possessing illegal drugs, bail out, no threat.

X7A overheard:

“...Demon said she’d be here, said I was good! Said we were good! Please, you need to talk to her, she knows what happened!” the kneeling man pleaded.

“Well, she ain’t here now.” the armed man replied nonchalantly.

“You had your chance for years, now it’s time you take accountability over your choices.” one of the others said.

“Sh-sh-she’s probably still down on l-l-level R 2, just radio her or something! She knows I’m coming!” the kneeling man continued.

“You already made your last delivery, now the FBI is on my ass because you screwed up. If you can’t even pay up for your mistakes, you’re no good for us. But go on, maybe you can give me a reason to wait a few more seconds.” the armed man threatened, and the one in trouble began mumbling about various deals and excuses.

Other than that, not much else seemed to be going on; overall, everything seemed empty and inactive everywhere else. However, X7A’s cybernetics probably managed to pick up some underground issues. Under the concrete roads and floors, were various floors and chambers, leading to various directions throughout the infrastructure here.

X7A’s cybernetics detected movement: various groups of people here and there seemed to be moving large metal crates, transporting them along a few different directions. The crates seemed to be full of various mechanical and technological parts, but not even X7A’s database had any information about them. Some crates had weapons, ammo, explosives, body armor, narcotics, and various chemicals, loaded underneath canned food. Some people were armed with various handguns, low threat.

It seemed that, the deeper her scanners went into the infrastructure, the more activity she found, however, it was harder for her scanners to work. Although unconfirmed, it seemed likely that there was highly advanced jamming technology being used. There were at least twenty levels down, but seemed to be referenced by letter.
