Rating: This is harder to explain and do, so i*ll just give you the manual way of checking.
Always sort by the stat you’re interested in ( m2 or c2 or s2 or mc or ms or cs or msc ), then by MCS, then by Avg in descending order. You have to do this 7 times
Sort by M, MCS, and AVG in descending order.
Your top ( top 5% ) M score(s) are colored green
Your second M score(s) are colored blue ( 90% of your top score )
Your third M scores, if any, will be colored purple ( 90% of your second score )
Any score above zero and less than 230 will be yellow.
Any zero score is colored red.
Now Sort by Combat, MCS, and Avg in descending order
Your top C score(s) are colored green ( top 5 % )
Your second C score(s) are colored blue ( 90% of your top low score )
Your third C scores, if any, will be colored purple ( 90% of your blue highest score )
Any score above zero and less than 230 will be yellow.
Any zero score is colored red.
Repeat for the remaining 5 categories ( S, M+C, MS, CS, MCS ).
In the rating, manually add up the color coded columns across the row giving:
Each Green ( top ) counts as +2
Each Blue ( 2nd choices ) +1
Each Purple ( maybe 3rd choices ) +0.5
Each Yellow ( outside base state bonuses help ) +0.25
Each Red -1
No color is no points
Now sort by Base, Rating ( descending ), MCS ( descending ). Those at the bottom are the crew to get rid of.
About once a week I I’ll update and buy new crew starting in the Bowl. This started being useful around Scythe. Eventually, this sheet will become useless. However, for the scroll and other special voyages, this sheet is useful for knowing which crew to send based because of the traits and side bonuses. Also, it let me know which crew to train.
