Playtime (Approx): samsung s20 series and s21 series have no item quantities only showing 1 of every item and no quantities at all, price checking shows 1 item but will say 48 x 0 and doesn't show value, inventory also shows a scroll bar to the left hand side which is unnecessary and doesn't need one. Isn't optimised at all for the s21 ultra.and i play 90% mobile and atm it makes.gameplay extremely frustrating and as a result i haven't played more than 30 mins the last 3 days

At the time of the crash I was:fighting against raksha and this crash happened randomly on separate occasions but they all have a common indication that a crash would happen: textures would go missing or glitched (example of the glitched/missing texture: https://ibb.co/1mn3f*j) before a crash would occur; albeit occasionally. Threw lot's of gp/onyxes away due to this bug.
Can it be reproduced? :p laying raksha on mobile would cause this issue but doesn't seem to affect other bosses or contents.

Killed 350+ raksha btw all on mobile solos

Client has been experiencing crashing upon entering the game from lobby. However it has recovered in the past by loading the client. This issue is new perhaps its location inside of rogues Den basement getting 99 thief cape. I am absolutely stuck. I have uninstalled client, I have cleared cache, I have tweaked the ui. On another note I have tried two other accounts I have loaded the GE on F2P trade worlds... no issues seemed to run flawlessly. At the very least maybe unstick my character for me...

Update: game still freezes upon entering from lobby, then crashes. Tried one of my f2p characters bonded went members unfortunately crashing occurs also. So no matter what Client freezes and crashes when entering a world from the lobby. Before the crash was completely random.

Update: Client will not load past initial loading screen...


Future me says to stop flushing money down the toilet. Future me also says since I have played since day 1 of classic that it's okay. What isn't okay is the simplest of reasons I only have time for mobile play raising a family... I appreciate mobile play however... all I hear now is a whoosh of that toilet... =( and this makes me very sad.

About 3 days ago I used the makeover mage and switched to female and that's when my game crashed, ever since then I have tried everything I can to play, but the game immediately crashes after I load into a world. I have configured all the graphics with no success and cleared cache as well as reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Just tryna get the chance to stock up on mats before dxp, but the more posts I read on here the more discouraged I get that anything will get done soon.

Newest update has made the game completely unplayable. Someone please fix this or most of us can not play and ill take my time else where. This is ridiculous. Game client still crashes in elite dungeons, dungeoneering, when teleporting, or fighting anything. And now, the frame size on client is stretched and unplayable. Focus on mobile for those of us thst primarily play on it. Please!!!!!!!!!

What is the issue?: UI takes up 99% of my screen.
Where is the issue?: UX
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No, I even adjusting the scaling in my device settings which had no effect to the rs3 client.

First off keep up the good work! The UI is unplayable with the scaling so large on the mobile platform. Allowing the ability to adjust this scaling settings would give us our game back. The scaling was perfect before the update. Now all of my X buttons are off screen. Please keep me updated. I wouldn't mind rolling this update back if you allowed us to do so. I love being able to run rs3 on my phone the game actually runs better on mobile than my Microsoft Surface Laptop 2. Until this update.....
