At the time of the crash I was: It is not a crash issue. Issue is that items do not show how many of that item is there im bank or inventory. For example if I have 3000 runes in inventory the little number on the bottom right of the item does not show and it is the same when accessing the bank.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, every time I play on mobile, not an issue when I play on pc

At the time of the crash I was: sometimes game crashes after login, some times during starting up app, most times when opening bank or shop or crafting menus or being in heavily populated areas of game.
Can it be reproduced?: yes

Propable cause: render fps drops significantly just before crash so phones gpu is too weak?
crutch workaround: segmenting bank to have one item at opening tab and having it to open it, not opening equipment or item tab during anything important, avoiding crowded areas like community events

reinstalling, clearing cache, reducing graphics to min, turning off sounds tampering phones own priorities does not help at all

this problem got much worse after latest update to mobile app at 15.1.2021 version 016_6_4_1

At the time of the crash: Unfortunately, my game went from semi-frequent crashes which I could easily manage to permanent crashes upon loading the game.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes, within half a second upon loading game world.

Troubleshoots: Redownload game, reset phone, clear game cache, clear internet cache, clear background apps, reduced graphics to absolute min, swapped wifi channels, swapped to cellular.

The game WAS running beautifully not too long ago. My phone is 1 month old, still functioning well. Hoping to be able to run rs3 on mobile again soon :/ ... love u guys keep up the fight!

At the time of the crash I was: Walking to the abyss mage.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes every time I log in now the app crashes within 1 second of selecting a world. This has been going on for 2 days now making it impossible to play.

I have tried uninstaling and re installing the app several times, cleared my cache and all temp files, checking my device for any updates,and power cycling. The only change that has come from any of it is that the app closes itself after crashing now and can immediately be reopened, instead of freezing an image of what the world should look like around my character and then freezing on the runescape logo loading screen.

I have been playing flawlessly on mobile since it launched up until this problem.

Playtime (Approx): I just dont see numbers at my items. I see air rune pictogram but no numbers how much this is with nalmost every item. Sometimes the item icons are gone too. Its like a month now.
