Game crashes after new update OS update mainly while teleporting but will crash randomly. As mentioned before UI is skewed inwards on all sides to accommodate new portrait mode qualities. When utilizing "game booster" > "full screen" game crashes as well, especially when teleporting to anywhere.

Playtime (Approx): 0-1hr
At the time of the crash I was: Teleporting/randomly doing activities

Playtime (Approx): multiple occasions
At the time of the crash I was: this instance isnt primarily for crashes though ive been at gwd2 whilst its kicked me off the app.

3 days ago the buff bar started appearing under the hp/adr bars and the interfaces have shrunk slightly giving me less 'playspace'which makes pvm awkward.

Can it be reproduced?: this has been ongoing since the other day

Can it be reproduced?: yes, it will crash in any world that I go into. Try clearing your cache or reinstall the game. World 84 is very resources demanding because of the amount of people packed into 1 small area. If you're speaking Portable Skilling. So try logging into a different world after clearing your cache. You can also try logging into computer and move somewhere else, then log back into Mobile.

At the time of the crash I was: Teleported from Lumbridge crater to May's Quest Caravan.
Nothing happened then, but when I teleported back to the crater via the 20th anniversary
invitation then back through the portal to the quest caravan and equipped the heraldic
black full helm (h4) and heraldic black platelegs (h4)
that I had just received as rewards from May, the game immediately crashed and continued
to crash every time I successfully logged in. I filed a support ticket and was subsequently
contacted by Mod Ferret. I then attempted to recreate the process with an alternate
account. The results were the same on the second teleportation. Both of my accounts were
then moved to the Lumbridge courtyard where I was able to log into the alternate account
and play just fine; however, I was unable to successfully play on the original account until I
was able to unequip the heraldic black platelegs (h4) by spam clicking the equipment slot in
the small amount of time before the game crashed. I relayed all of this information back to
Mod Ferret and was advised by Mod Selfie to report the issue, so here I am.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes

Edit: it should be noted that I when I attempted to recreate the issues with the alternate account, I did not have the same items equipped or in my inventory. HCIW

Can it be reproduced?: Created a free account, deleted the app reinstalled, got the same quest happened again. Can't login. Crashes everytime I load into that quest.

Can it be reproduced?: Every 30s to 2 mins, not every time but very often.

I've been playing on solely mobile for 3 months+ now and have had very few issues until yesterday. Now every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, the app freezes/crashes. This is usually when either teleporting or generally changing area (happened a lot when digging into barrows crypts earlier for example), but even happened just from praying at the altar in PvM hub.

The game sometimes freezes multiple times in a row, i.e. freezes, I close the app and reopen, login and the first ingame frame freezes. The most frustrating example of freezing was just an hour ago I was at Vindicta and got a kill but it froze at the end of the battle (displaying 0hp for the boss) and when I logged back in, I had died. It has also frozen about 80% into the battle today too (within the same hour). Until its fixed I won't try to do any more PvM because 90%+ it will freeze and cost death. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't make a difference, neither does world hopping. I hope you guys can fix this soon.
