WHEN I LOG ON TO OSRS MOBILE ITS TAKING MY ACCOUNT BACK TO TUTORIAL ISLAND MAKING ME CREATE A NEW USERNAME BUT WHEN I LOG ON FROM MY COMPUTER MY ACCOUNT AND ALL ITS STATS ARE ATILL THERE. PLLLEASSEEE HELP! THANKS!

Crashes intermittently upon logging in saying there's a malformed login packet

I play on tablet only 1280+hrs total clocked.

There are a number of issues that have still not been fixed that i want bring your attention to.

These include:
- Display Scaling issues
- HUD missalignment
- Buff bar not displaying correctly
- Button overlaps
- The lack of an action button edit lock

Buff bar
I am aware that settings can be customised as to what does and does not show on the buff bar. With that being said, due to it being a single row and not being aligned correctly, the buff bar will only display a few buffs at a time while the rest vanish off the left side. This one i do not have a photo for, i will try to get one and post later for you,but this is the issue: 1st buff is displayed correctly and is centre of screen, thats all good, but now every buff after the first makes the buff bar longer except that the bar only grows to the left hand side. So it displays 3 or 4 buffs while the rest keep pushing to the left and disappear under LHS action buttons. So basically the very right end of the bar is always dead centre of screen, instead of the bar being centred.

Button overlaps
Most noticeable for me when trying to start teams or load/unload beasts of burden, any buttons in those locations are covered by either the green summoning circle or the revolution bar. Even when the bar is shortened to have fewer moves so there is no overlap visable, there is still an invisable overlap when you press it.

Action button lock
An action button lock is needed, it is currently way too easy to accidentally remove your action buttons from their slot in the heat of a battle, if your finger doesn't hit the button just right it thinks you're dragging the button from its slot and removes it instead.
There is room for a lock on the left ribbon above the current action bar selector

Display scaling issues
Sometimes on log in or after changing worlds certain icons shrink to a teeny tiny size. This happens intermittently with no apparent rhyme, rhythm or reason, and may happen in conjunction with the HUD misalignment.
This is sometimes rectified but logging out and/or closing app & logging in again

HUD misalignment
Also occurs intermittently after logging in or changing worlds and is also sometimes fixed by logging out/closing app & logging back in. I think it has also fixed itself once by loadstone teleporting in game.

I have screenshot samples of these issues with notes and arrows overlayed to pin point what i am talking about in these posts, however, i do not know how to attach them here via the "image source" thing.

If there is a way i can get these pics to you to help solve these issues, please let me know.

Thanks for bringing rs3 to mobile devices, i can't wait to get off beta and switch to a polished product that has been optimised for tablet displays as its so much better than playing on a phone and like i said i don't have a computer so its the only way i can play.

When launching, mobile login screen is changed to continue with username, or Apple, Facebook, or Google rather than standard user name login screen. Selecting continue with email/username takes me to RS website and pops up login screen. Entering username and password in this screen works and pops up the authenticator screen. Entering code from authenticator results in an error popup saying the session has timed out. I am entering the authenticator code as quickly as possible. This was not happening before the mobile update today (5/10/20). I have rebooted the device and tried multiple times to no avail.

Seems to be 2 errors here, first that the normal email/username login screen is not popping up and instead the website login screen is displayed.
Secondly the website login screen does not allow authenticator to be used (times out) even though it is required.

As it is now I cannot login at all with mobile.

Bug: This is a missing element problem rather than a crash or freeze. Any time I click on the Home button in the upper left-hand corner, the next screen displays correctly other than it is missing the button in the upper right-hand corner that allows logging out or going to the lobby. Currently, the only way to log out or lobby is to go to the phone desktop and swipe the Runescape app away so that it is forced to close. I play on multiple accounts so doing this repeatedly is concerning since I'm not properly logged out.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes. This button disappeared about two weeks ago (today is Oct 7, 2020) after an update. It has failed to appear ever since then in spite of there being several ensuing updates. (Otherwise, the client has been great!)

I have played mobile pretty much every single day since the iOS release (iPhone 8 plus).

I have never encountered text flooding out until.. precisely today. So this must be to do with the most recent update.

Basically every single time I get new text in my chatbox (you luck ring shines brightly and you get xxx loot etc etc) or whenever I minimize and maximize the chatbox, whatever text that doesn't fit in a single line in the chatbox will just continue off and disappear, instead of producing a second line. This will last for a few moments (any seconds*1 min or so) and then correct itself and the overflow will produce a second line as usual.

In addition, whenever I shrink the chatbox to the style where it only shows text when it needs to, several text lines will scrunch up together.

I am unsure what the cause is but I assume this has to do with the most recent RS update that you rolled out for iOS. You may wish to consider rolling back that code to before this update. Everything was fine before today.
