Playtime (Approx): a few minutes
At the time of the crash I was: I was going to discover Anachronia island for the first time. Went there to the starting point(The Stormbreaker at The Dig Site), then choosed an option to start journey and then there was a crack with a cutscenes - just a black screen at first, then after that a voice continues to read but on my phone screen I saw a picture of the last moment before stepping into the ship. When the cutscene time finishes, I appeared on the island.
Can it be reproduced?: Not sure.

At the time of the crash I was: Anytime. As soon as I minimize the game, and go back to it, the game freezes. Doesn't matter if i just opened the app to start playing or been playing for 2 hours. Doesn't matter if I minimize the game to make a call, check my calendar, look on Chrome. I go back to the game, I see everything normally, but everything is frozen. Got to restart the app.

not exactly a crash.
i try to load the game and all i get is a
black screen with music
. if i click around i can get redirected to t.o.s.

i can confidently say it has nothing to do with cellular provider/internet/wifi etc..
i had it on my last phone which was significantly lower quality phone. it would run it a little laggy but it would run it. i upgraded and now i can't play it.

i've seen many others with the same issue. nothing i see in common with the phones. closest thing i saw is that most of them are android 9 but i saw a couple with this issue had android 8 (later versions just before android 9)

Note: not a crash but something I haven't seen before. message came on the screen saying waiting to refresh and all the interfaces became jumbled up and I couldn't see the game window this happened at approximately 8:30 a.m. eastern time

At the time of the crash I was: Putting in my PIN at a metal bank in Prif Trah. The PIN interface came up. When I hit the final number, the game crashed.

At the time of the crash I was: Accessing the bank chest closest to the Trah forge. The PIN had gone successfully into the metal bank referenced from the attempt to play 45 minutes ago, so I ran to grab mats. Bank interface refuses to come up.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes. Absolutely. For me, this happens 98% of the time.

At the time of the crash I was: Opening the bank chest from the 4:11pm paragraph above.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes.

This is such a consistent problem for me that RS Mobile is unplayable if I need to access the bank for any reason. I can pick up animals at pof, I can arch, I can lodestone and check world map. If I go into a dig site that I have multiple locations available for (e.g. Kharid-Et), the options come up and I can choose without a problem. The make-X type of interfaces don't seem to be problematic. I have a 50/50 shot at getting into a furnace. I have 98% chance of a crash if I try to get into a bank (by which I mean I remember maybe being able to do it twice since I started playing RS Mobile).
