At the time of the crash I was:My game closes every time I open the bank, game runs everything normal, only the bank that is bugged after yesterday's update, making it impossible to play, fix it jagex please want to play, I'm missing the event!

The mobile app is unable to be updated in the play store. On clicking "Update" an error is returned: "Error retrieving information from server. [DF-BA-AH-01]".

Other info:
* All other apps are able to be updated successfully
* Fails on both WiFi and cellular data
* Fails after Play Store cache clear
* Fails after Play Store updates uninstalled
* Fails after phone restart
* I would Uninstall/Reinstall but I'll lose access to the Beta due to the locked user count.

So it looks like a problem specifically with the RuneScape Mobile app in the Play Store.

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to access my bank in max guild. It begins to slowly load in the icons for the first few items, then crashes.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes - Also crashed at the bank chest in Anachronia

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to open metal bank and it crashed. Open my bank and after loading 5 items it crashed. Luckily opened equipment bar and tried to actvate aura and after one loeaded it crashed. Tried to pick up loot after around 15 on floor, it crashed before loading them. If I hold long press on Charos clue carrier, after it shows clues and caskets it crashes.
Can it be reproduced?: YES, because the game can't function normaly otherwise. And it all happened after yesterday' s update. ( inventory and furnace crash were already before but you could dodge it by opening loadout tab, ohh yea that one also crashes after loading one item now.)

Worked flawlessly before the last update, now everytime I visit the bank at combat academy in w84 it crashes.

Mobile bank still isn't working for me. However, since I finished 99 smithing I have moved on to fishing. I am barbarian fishing with 'eat fish' option on my shark outfit. So I can resume playing on mobile till the bank issue is fixed.

No banking necessary this method. ^_^
