At the time of the crash I was: Fighting Olm, it was my 3rd raid on mobile. I entered Olm, attacked the mage hand twice, then the game froze and I had to force quit the app

Can it be reproduced?: Not sure, the first 2 raids were fine

Can it be reproduced?: I've been in the same location and it happened twice, but I've also been there and it didn't happen.

It happened to me twice in the same location. I'm not exactly sure of my playtime, but the screen freezes (no "Connection Lost" image) and I have to hard restart the app. Hasn't happened anywhere outside of the GE for me and doesn't happen all the time that I'm there. I wasn't using any interface either time.

Can it be reproduced?:Yes every time I try to launch the app.

I saw that you need iOS 9.3 or greater to play, the last update my ipad can support is the one listed below, will that not support this beta? Also I can play on my iphone x and it runs so smooth on there, great job btw I love it!

Repeatability: App will crash completely whenever the app is switched or the phone screen is locked and unlocked again.

At the time of the crash I was: checking my remaining fishing xp til level. i accidentally opened the fishing guide. upon closing it and clicking my fish spot, the fishing guide re-opened itself and simultaneously the fishing spot moved. when this happened i lost complete control of my phone and the game. my character ran to the moved fishing spot since it changed as i clicked it and from this point no button on my phone including touch screen worked to do anything. my phone started to get fairly hot as well. the manual reset wasn't even working and i have an internal battery so i had to wait for phone to crash/restart due to overheat to be able to use my phone again.

UPDATE: after investigating my settings to find OS version info, i discovered there was a software update for my device. hopefully this was part of the problem. downloading update now and will be trying mobile again shortly afterward.

Can it be reproduced?: so far, no, but i will continue to try.
