For the last couple of months, the game app closes randomly on me, after installing the game and re installing it and cleaning the caches and storage, I thought the problem was solve, but no.
After two days Wednesday and yesterday Thursday, the game didn't close up on the last two day today after playing for like an hour mining I decided to go to try go complete my slayer task of killing iron dragons, that was around 10:40s near 11 pm USAestern time, them at 11:18pm the game randomly closes on me, lucky for me it was right at the moment I went out of the cave to charge my prayer and on my way back, right when I click on the cave to enter the game frost for a second and then the mobile app OSRS close up, I re opened and wrote the bug report again. This happen on world 366. I been recording evertime I play the world just in case this happen so I don't lost my items as I had lost them before because of this issue of the game randomly closing, specially on the middle of a dangerous situation. Once again I'm force to only do mining and woodcutting since I can't do slayer until this issue is solve. The phone is not hot, so to be honest I don't know what else to do. Should I change my phone? I already had try the suggestions you give me of un install and re install the app as well as cleaning the storage and cache. Any other suggestions for me to try?. Something I found that change, is that when I was transitioning between mining and getting ready to go kill the dragons, I unplugged my phone that was charging while I was mining and I noticed the app didn't close like it usually do, so I thought it was secure to go kill the dragons, but as you see the issue haven't been solve.
