Application will always eventually crash. Takes longer in low populated worlds vs high populated worlds. Issue has occurred since I’ve been playing again since iOS 12.4.1 -> 13.1.2

Can it be reproduced?: Yes. Every time I open the app, I get a black screen for about 10-15 seconds before it crashes to the home screen. Every time. This wasn't true before the last update or two - I played on this device without an issue over the summer.
Please fix! Your game was a huge part of my life from late 2004-2011 & I want to get back into it again.

Phone or 4g/ wifi. Not so much a crash as an error connecting to server message but customer services told me to report issue here.

I was playing my game several hours then my phone died 25 or 30 min before a maintenance update then my phone died i allowed my phone to charge now when i try to login well even open the mobile app is states....
Failed to contact server osrs mobile. Error loading game. Game will not load tried uninstalling and reinstalling still same error msg.

I have deleted the app and reloaded with same result.
website downdetector.*** shows a major issue started about 7am pacific.
Of course isitdownrightnow.*** can ping the servers with no issue.
