At the time of the crash I was: Attempting to play, the game won't load. The game loads to a black screen and then promptly closes. This has happened since the update this morning.

At the time of the crash I was: Launching Game
Can it be reproduced?: Yes
Since the Update this morning attempting to launch the game it shows nothing but a black screen, then crashes after 30 seconds. I have reinstalled several times, completely closed the app, and restarted my phone, nothing seems to fix it. Was working fine until the update.

At the time of the crash I was: Attempting to launch game
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, anytime I try to launch the app I get a black screen just as many others are reporting. App crashes after about 45 seconds of the black screen. Hope this issue can be resolved quickly

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to launch the game, but got taken to a black screen
Can it be reproduced?: Occurs everytime I open OSRS app

At the time of the crash I was: Application Launch
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, from app launch it will black screen for 15 seconds then return to the home page. App will still be 'open' in the background but it will still be a black screen upon re-entry and the same 15 seconds then crash will occur.

I can access my profile from an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 12.1.2 and from my desktop with no problems.

Before I had updated OSRS to the September 5th, 2019 update, I had gotten a message to update the client - as soon as I had updated and tried to run it, this is where the problem began.

At time of crash I was: doing nightmare zone
Can it be replicated: yes it happens every time without fail

This is a tablet, and I understand there is still work to be done with tablets, I just thought I would let this be known, thank you

At the time of the crash I was: I am unable to open the game. It used to work fine but now when I try to open it I am met with a solid black screen for a few seconds then it closes to my background. Former Apple Senior Adviser, did all the troubleshooting. Restarted iPad multiple times, uninstalled app and reinstalled multiple times, reset to factory and reinstalled Runescape, I've tried plugged in, not plugged in, on WiFi, on Cellular, etc etc etc. Game no longer works for me. I'd like to not update my iOS version if I could help it. It runs on my iPhone that is on iOS 11.
