At the time of the crash I was: I am unable to open the game. It used to work fine but now when I try to open it I am met with a solid black screen for a few seconds then it closes to my background. Former Apple Senior Adviser, did all the troubleshooting. Restarted iPad multiple times, uninstalled app and reinstalled multiple times, reset to factory and reinstalled Runescape, I've tried plugged in, not plugged in, on WiFi, on Cellular, etc etc etc. Game no longer works for me. I'd like to not update my iOS version if I could help it. It runs on my iPhone that is on iOS 11.
