At the time of the crash I was: Closed out of game after playing for approx 1 hour. Then tried to open again 10 minutes later with same connection still open and can no longer connect to server.

It can be Reproduced.

The hole time when I log out, I need use my email and password to log in again. This is happening only this week... like “you signed out” .. is this a bug? And it does nog remember my username anymore.

Game regularly freezes when around groups of people who are alching, have to end the program and restart. It can be reproduced, I have dialled the FPS back to 30 to see if it helps but shouldn’t be having performance issues on this machine....

At the time of the crash I was: Chopping trees (I do not think the crash is related to any specific activities).
Can it be reproduced?: It seems to crash at random, but I assume it can be recreated by playing an extended period of time.

The crash causes the iPad to automatically lock, so I have to enter the passcode in order to access the iPad again. 10 000 000 000 000 NOK

At the time of the crash I was: Attempting to move my character. My game is still receiving service, but my character completely stops responding. The character stops responding until it’s time I’m disconnected for inactivity. I’ll get a couple of moments where my character is responding to commands, but then it stops.
Can it be reproduced?: it has occurred every time I logged in

I have realiced in the last few days that after a long time playing your account gets disconnected automaticatelly.

Does the "disconnection from the server" means that your character was removed from the world? For example If I'm in willderness and someone attacks me (or killing a boss in a instanced room) and I get disconnected. Would my character be safe?

At the time of the crash I was: I had updated the app on Aug 29, 2019. After updating, the app will not activate. When launching it, it only black screens, then closes itself after about 20 seconds. The game was working perfectly prior to the update. I've tried this both on wifi and on mobile data.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes, and it seems other people in the forums are having this issue

I wasn't able to get on the app today, tried updating it. Game won't even load when opened, just black screen then closes after a few moments.

At the time of the crash I was: After updating to newest version I can't get the game to load, just black screens then force closes. Last night I downgraded the app and was able to play again however now it says I have to update to play and the update fails to launch.
