Hello!

I have had this problem now for few months. Whenever I click on the application it immediately crashes and I am unable to play on it. Some other people have had the same issue on google play reviews.

No crash, but when selecting "Continue with Runescape Account" on the app, it redirects to the browser page to login and once it redirects back to the app, it's as if nothing was attempted.

At the time of the crash I was: Doing slayer in Catacombs of Kourend
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

Back with another report; after the app update I could open the game, but when I have floating videos playing or open the app again, it crashes right after the Jagex logo finishes loading. I've tried deleting cache and app data and finish the data sync and it opens up, but I have to do that everytime I want to play, and since I'm mostly on mobile and on data, the process eats up on my data plan.

The crash happens everytime I log out of the game. The app just stops working and keeps crashing when trying to start it again (just before the loading screen of osrs is completed) In order to log in again, I have to delete the app data and log in via the secure website everytime.

Everytime I click on the app it loads about half way and it crashes. I can also get it to load by deleting the app and reinstalling, but itll crash as soon as i click logout. I just updated it today Nov 2, 2021. When I updated on the last update, my app would crash immediately after touching it. So it's getting progress.

At the time of the crash I was: Opening OSRS mobile App
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

After recent update the app crashes as soon as it gets halfway through the start up screen. I have to delete app data to reset app for it to work then enter account details and all that again but once its working it'll crash again if I try to log out then I have to repeat the process which is a lot of effort to just play the game.

Sorry I can't be bothered to get the info to fill the form, but every 5 minutes running Ourania for rc training my mobile app crashes.

Over data, 4G on ee, IPhone xr, the german Ourania world. been logged in for 20 minutes.

It crashes just as I reach the alter - so my HCIM is still alive.

I also crashed every 20 or so Temporass but this is much more frequent and much more 'replicatable' than that.

I'd say every 3 or 4 runs it crashes.
