Nightmare, Nex, GoTR, Tempoross, the GE, any activity with prayers flicking or more than 20 players running about causes me to crash. Yes, ive tried the turning my fps down to the bare minimum, which lets me do stuff in groups of 35 while only crashing once an hour, but thats a terrible way to play the game. From my understanding this bug has been acknowledged since the app launched.

Please devote time on this or at least maybe add in an entity hider like in runelite if that would help. I bought a new iPad with an M1 chip thinking it had to be powerful enough, but no. Its just the app…

Playtime (Approx): every few minutes I will have this problem
At the time of the crash I was: running around lumbridge, opening bank chests, anything that has movement may cause it

Hello Jagex, for the past week or so I have been playing on OSRS Mobile and occasionally when I log in and train a skill, the mobile app crashes on me and I have to reboot OSRS entirely. I’ve found that it’s crashing more often when I click on toggle xp for the skill I’m training; which is currently crafting. Any updates on when you guys plan on fixing this problem? For the past few months the iOS mobile app has been running fine, so the systematic crashing seems to be relatively new to me. I was invited to become a pmod through private message. I reported the guy. This isn’t how jagex offers the pmod title, correct?

Can it be reproduced?: The crashes are unpredictable. Sometimes during pking, sometimes walking around or doing nothing at all. The app would suddenly close and exit to phone home screen.

As of aug 11 mobile has encountered a frame rate issue retaining the updated server switch. I’m not the only one having this problem. The game logs in perfectly fine but after a minute the frame rate crashes at a stuttering non playable rate of frames. This is causing a huge PROBLEM with many die hard players in the community who have no time to sit all day in front of a computer screen. I personally have been playing for 16 years and am still in love with your game but it seems now I cannot even play on mobile anymore with this issue. I even factory reset my 7th generation I pad and iPhone se which allowed me to diagnose this problem as a coding problem with the server source being able to transfer frames after logging in. Hope this helps jagged. Much love everyone.

Can it be reproduced?:Yes, everywhere I’ve tried, Motherlode originally****, farming guild etc

Both of you will need to turn off any respawn overlays (respawn timer in settings).

Sometimes after 5 min sometimes after hour in. Doesent matter if i do woodcutting or Nmz, it randomly logs me off. Try toggling off respawn timers and other skilling helpers for now. Jagex are aware and are working on a fix. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
