Playtime (Approx):45m~1hr.
At the time of the crash I was: Opening the World Map. And there's other crashes when I'm just walking and then the screen freezes.
Can it be reproduced?:Yes

Sometimes (often) when I try to open the world map the game crashes. And sometime (rarely) when I'm just walking the screen freezes, I have to minimize the game and when I come back I see the loading screen and then the login screen, I have to log in again to continue playing.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes, it constantly happens. Keeps crashing; the application just shuts down.

Playtime (Approx): Happens at any amount of playtime
At the time of the freezing I was: Trying to do the court case for Kings Ransom, I had just summoned the first witness and it just froze.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

During quests, sometimes the cutscenes will freeze the app. I can get around this sometimes by force closing the app and trying again. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to get through a cutscene. In the court case, I've not been able to get through the court case cutscene eithiut it freezing, even after trying multiple times.

Everytime I leave the app for longer than 30 seconds it game crashes and logs me out. This was never the case up until last week.

Playtime (Approx): 5mins, 3mins, less than 10 seconds.
At the time of the crash I was: Three seperate occasions within 10 minutes. First two I was at the GE and using my bank and would freeze when changing tabs. 3rd time as soon as I logged in and tapped on the 'Click here to play'. The freeze is strange, it won't let me click on anything but all players and NPCs are still moving and also freezes my phone too not letting me minimize. Happens quite often mostly right after teleporting or banking.
Can it be reproduced?: No, it's random.

At the time of the crash I was: either in the bank or in a dungeon.
Can it be reproduced?: yes

When I am using the bank, either when I start scrolling or switching between bank tab. It happens frequently at the grand exchange. It happened in the seers village bank as well. I am unable to drag my phone notifications when app freezes. It also happens outside the bank, just outside the ladder to dagannoth king. It usually occurs when receiving notifications or switching between applications. Sometimes just happens randomly.

Since the update to the app on 02/08, the app is completely unplayable. When I load it up, it takes 2-3 minutes to get to the login screen and I get a notification that the app has crashed and get asked if I would like to wait or close it. When it does load, the game is extremely laggy and runs at about 1-2 fps. The login screen and the game both run at extremely low fps which makes playing the game completely impossible.
Before the update yesterday, I was able to run the game with no issues, loading the app took less than 5 seconds and in game it ran very smoothly at a normal fps.

At the time of the crash I was: in the wildy fighting the crazy archeologist. The game shut off and when I got it loaded back I was dead. Lost everything I had. Now I'm down to 2k and pretty mad.

What is the issue?: When locking the phone and letting the app run in the background while afk splash training magic after 4-5 minutes I unlock my phone and I'm either logged out or I am at a black screen with "Connection lost attempting to reestablish" in the top left corner and multiple hit splats of 0 and exp drops on the screen. This only occurs if I lock my phone. Leaving the app open drains too much battery and would love for this to be resolved.
EDIT: I forgot to add that once you get disconnected it says malformed login packet on the login screen.
At the time of the crash I was: Splashing on a spider in the lumby castle basement
Can it be reproduced?: yes everytime 100%
