at least fgs give me a email address to message you £60 and get white screen with dots then black screen and then client goes down, yes i have done all of above aint stupid. but really Jagex you need a more available supprt link to let you know these problems. Send me back my £60 premier i just paid and will quit game..... I am fuming you do not lsten ... get off your poxy phones and deliver content like you should. 1 week havent been able to play?????????????

I don't think they can be bothered. I mean it's over 8 weeks (EIGHT!!) since the problem first popped up. They say they've narrowed it down to some AMD GPU update but I have the same problem and I don't even have an AMD GPU.

Very, very poor customer service from Jagex.

I have been playing runescape on and off a very long time. 16 years to be exact. I talk about it often. What do i say to people right now? I cannot even log in. I have a few times been able to get passed the brick wall that is whatever this issue is. I delete the cache which i think is where the problem exists.... (maybe not anymore) but clearing the cache is momentary. The past few days im racing the cache download to try to log in before whatever trash file that downloads gets on there.

my problem is: start client, log in, try to join world, goes to black loading screen, crashes the client. WITHOUT FAIL.

yesterday and once the day before i was able to briefly play for a while. (less than an hour)

I have tried what worked yesterday which is delete all cache files, but to no success....

I have tried the start a ticket route with Jagex and no one cares? I have paid 70 USD just last week for membership to a game that is non working? I have lost in game money on game crashes during fights.....

JAGEX PLEASE HELP GET THIS FIXED... i literally beg of you.

Hate that I only now see this after buying a membership...
I have an AMD Ryzen 7 4800U with 32GB RAM that is struggling to even play RS on the lowest settings. Immediately eats up 98% CPU through both the Steam and Jagex launchers. My setup may not be pro gamer, but in no version of reality should this game be failing so hard.
