I recently returned to the game and was plagued with the RS3 client that would play great and then it would freeze, lock up, and then vanish. Just like everyone else, I would go hunting in the event view, and sure enough, there were two entries.
In all my searches I saw where RS3 couple very well be OpenGPL so much like everyone else chased it a few different routes and each one still leads to a crash anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes of gameplay. Even tried it with only RS3 running and sure enough bing bong, crashed.
So once again started looking in the AMD Adreneline software and then went to gaming and low and behold RS was not listed in there. That is when I added it to the games manually and then proceeded to turn everyone off BUT made sure “OpenGL Triple Buffering” is enabled.
Once I did that and restarted my computer I have been crash free since 9:00 this morning. Yes, it will briefly lock/lag using the hearthstones or teleporting into busy areas, but it does return to being stable.
Since when did Farming get to 120?
