In linux on arch. in debian also. Via snap. The client doesn't even launch.

normally I just get the cgroups v2 part and then it eventually launches... 90 seconds later... plus/minus

my client will crash after a min on lowest setting. if i change the graphics setting to medium or high my cpu usage goes to 99% causing my pc to really slow down and freeze my client and wont allow me to click anything for 30secs or so. I have an ALL in 1 HP only few months old. never had issues before.

Windows 11 pro, desktop pc. Runescape client continuously crashes and boots me totally out of game. It's happening every 10 minutes or so, and very annoying to say the least...

It's also crashing the steam client as well.. so what the heck is going on Jagex?

Hi, I have the same problem - its been happening since October - I was fortunate to have completed the last Yak Trail before it started happening - Im not getting any error messages but screen constantly freezes &/or I get booted out of RS - plus probs with logging in - its not happening on any other site only RS - have reinstalled the launcher several times but it has made no difference - no probs with firewall or wifi - its incredibly frustrating :@

Tagging on here. Same problem as others; blah blah blah (c0000005)
Not bothering to reinstall anything because it's never the problem, and running ancient hardware so drivers are what they are, no updates available.

Something changed in the game. Problem is on Jagex's end. Hope they fix it. Can't exactly do anything risky when the game can lock up at any time.

Mine too managing to log in, getting a flashing white screen then a black screen then logs me out. I cannot even stay logged in for a min. this is the 26th November so problem has not been fixed i have done all of above and not working. check my log in ridiculous. renewed my premier yesterday, but now cannot log in missing dailys and th and actually playing my game/was in hospital from Sunday - Wed so must of happened after Mpndays update

Ive also tried the above "solutions" but none seem to work
I log in, some parts of the game are just a flickering my screen with white and random color-pixels and after a few minutes the game just shuts down.
Please fix it
