RuneScape Clients Crashing!

I'm experiencing the same thing.

I can play for 1 or 2 minutes tops, then the cursor slows down, after which the game just crashes seconds later.
I tried toning down my graphics details, I checked if there's a new graphics driver available (which there isn't) and I cleared my cache. Now I'm not about to try anything else like reinstalling the client, since others have already done that and that won't solve it.

It has to be something in the latest RS3 client update...

It works just fine on my brand new M1 MBP, and updated Win 10 installs with current video drivers.

Not working on my old iMac is a serious detractor.

It is running laggy and messed up on a friend's Win 7 install.

Day 3 of crashing every minute since update - RuneScape Support have assured me that they have now found the issue and trying to resolve it, but have no time frame as yet on when that will be-

I too have cleared caches, uninstalled, reinstalled - definitely not an us problem - still managed my Raven spotting and painfully doing minimal dailies - agility balance is hilarious lol, as too are the challenges. Gotta laugh!

Definitely bummed out about not completing my Yak - Trak - no biggy - missing my RS xp and goals!

Same problem, started for some time ago, done all cleared cashe, reinstalled, all drivers updated ...
Can Jagex please roll back to an older version, not fun paying for this
And afterwards, please send information that you have rolled back

Jagex will never reply to anyone or even make a statement on the website saying there is a client issue.

literally the application the game runs on is broken and we have no words/info from Jagex besides some pissy twitch video.

just wish for once jagex would grow some balls and admit they seriously fucked up and also admit they have no idea how to run a game anymore.

First day back and i'm already uninstalling the client. what a joke this game has become.
