I too have cleared caches, uninstalled, reinstalled. Also done troubleshooting on the error and it only impacts RuneScape.

Kindly requesting a transparent communication from Jagex on when this will be resolved and what will be done to make affected pay-to-play accounts whole.

My client has been crashing all week. It will run for 2 minutes and force close. Can't get anything done. I'm only able to use mobile. Please any suggestions? I've tried everything, re-downloading, clearing the cache aswell.

As of yesterday, I cannot log into RS3 via either the RuneScape or Jagex launcher.

The client goes to a mainly red pixelated screen and freezes.

It has gotten worse since earlier in the week, whereas I could log in and play.

When going to the Lobby, it would again pixelate and freeze.

I've done all the usual things that all the other posters here describe. And, I've got a desktop computer that's only a few months old.

Not happy. I'm an annual subscriber.

The error is not on your side, it is an runescape client bug running a week now, and even thought they are aware of it they refuse to do a rollback to an secure state and then investigate, they by some reason decided to investigate in on-line production servers or something since they refuse to rollback even thought they know that it will take time to identify the bug.
Maybe if everyone start to highlight the issue they will get more work to reply to all so they are forced to do a rollback to receive time to work with the issue.

Thank you for the information. I hope it gets resolved soon. I haven't been able to play. sometimes I cannot stand mobile.
