I have an idea similar to this - a twist on the looting bag (but a separate item), protectable upon death, DEGRADABLE, that only stores limited quantities of ONE particular item (so 2 dragon bones would be okay, but not dragon bones and green dragonhide).

NO coins, weapons, or armor (if you risk a cash stack you should always lose it upon death. also, protecting raggers is never a good thing).

The amount of items you would be able to store would be smaller than the looting bag in the game now. Additionally, like the looting bag, you can only have one at a time. Therefore, runite miners and such would still be risking a large portion of their inventory, should they choose to continue mining after filling it.

I think this would give some more incentive to skilling in the wild, while having other niche uses, like protecting your clue scroll upon death if you happen to die in the middle of a wilderness clue.

I am in full agreement with OP that a variation of the looting bag would make for a great reward. I'm curious to see if there are any other suggestions on this :)

Reward ideas : food pouch useable in the wildy degrades pvp point sink allows 5-10 food to carry with you extra , Herb grinder only useable in the wildy degrable aswell with the options of what herbs to grind into xp (good for eldar chaos druids) , a speical axe type weapon for Ents in the wildy to give special buff of some sort . newly designed pvp weapons/armour directed to be very usefull for the 3 main wildy bosses , so a good crush weapon/armour , good range weapon/armour , and magic armour/weapons . (thing didnt get calisto use to be weak to magic but it got nerfed to be 100% tank to magic , even after the safespot was patched.) . i got this other idea i have been thinking about you might be able to add it to the point shop , a totem kinda like the ancient stat were you can buy it and when you it have it with you it unlocks the chance of getting pvp items off your target at a rare rate , and make the totems a high pvp price so it will make the pvp armours/weapons super rare and super hard to farm/camp them .

First of all, why would we want reworked dragon claws that take 100% special attack? It frustrates me that most of the mods seem to have little knowledge on what these items did for the game, you say dragon claws are OP but it's the same thing as an Ags? dragon claws don't guarantee 25-25-25-25 hits and i would say that it's less overpowered then an Ags which isn't a split damage weapon you can't prepare for an Ags spec but you can for Dclaws, you guys are hung up on "adding those items will result in the game turning into Rs3" most of the people playing Oldschool Runescape didn't want to jump from 2013 runescape to 2007 but for anyone who played the game for a good amount of time, 07 is obviously a better choice then rs3 and the game we all loved and grew up with, with dragon claws and the pvp armours, players would be given more incentive to pk, rather then adding useless items that no pker actually wants, this is an update for the pkers which is a large part of the community. adding dclaws and degradable amours would not make the game any easier, bringing dclaws to bandos would be the same as taking an ags, it wouldn't be overpowered at all rather just another item that we all grew up with and had in the main game at one point. And you don't think adding a weapon to a store would be a good way of implementing it, but if you just did some maths and set the points to a steady amount for those armours/dclaws it would still be a buyable item so set it to an ammount of points where they would sustain whatever 50m as an example for dclaws and cheaper for the armours. Long story short, Dragon claws and pvp armours would have no side affect on outside gameplay from the wildy and having such items wouldn't make players not want to pk because of the chance of pking them or using the items themselves

Another idea, bring back BH the SAME way it was, with EP and Statuettes etc. Except the EP would determine the drop of your opponents items. Obviously making EP rise faster.
Example:
A player is risking 500k; His/Her Opponent's EP is 100% the player risking 500k dies, and his opponent is awarded 500k in items in turn equal to the value of the player risking.
Now say the Player has 50% EP ; He only receives items that value to 250k, these items vary, and are random. The statuette's/misc pk drops, now take place of the emblems. The question is still what to put in the shop, which I suggested at the bottom of page 27.

Mod Reach I really believe pvp worlds should be removed i had a negative feeling and view towards this when it was poll'd the first time it passed because i think most of us thought about rewards and didn't sit and actually think oh we don't have a big enough community to have pvp split up like it is now. I really think we should have a poll to remove pvp worlds. Think bout it just like how u said with dragon claws and introducing weapons like that i don't think we was ready or expecting the some what negative impact pvp worlds created. Don't get me wrong wilderness rejuvination helped alot but I do believe as the game is now it would be a hell of alot better if pvp was just focused on 1 place which would be the wilderness. Bounty hunter would only be helping it even more BECAUSE it IS in the wilderness... So i do support the bounty hunter update but im telling you poll or straw poll on one of the thursday streams of what people think about removing PVP WORLDS and why It would be a good idea. and putting the icing on the cake would be releasing the bounty hunter system you got here.

The kill streaks seem silly to me. No one should be getting multiple kills often, unless they're fighting people significantly worse at pking than themselves. I can see the likely outcome of a group of friends getting eachother as targets and just killing eachother for significantly better rewards.

Mod Reach reply and tell me your thoughts on what I said do you think that would be a good idea if you had the choice to remove pvp worlds and just have the wilderness and what do you think would it pass a poll or not i honestly think im not the only person who views this pvp situation this way. and id be willing to bet if you explained it right to the community or talked about it in a nice way to even the people who do currently like pking on the pvp worlds alot of people would support it and it would probably end up passing. the removal of pvp worlds and just have the wilderness and the target system IN the wilderness..

no offence, but this isnt what i want, nor what alot of players want, i understand e[ drops and stattuetes. etc, brought too much gp into the game. but can there be a way of adding some sort of ep system, even if it means only having about 1/3 of the drops being offered in the original ep system, because let's be honest. i want to make money from hunting targets, but most of all have fun, (e.g a "player" gets assigned a "Target" succesfully find his way to him and kills him, and just gets like what. an untradable little emblem and whatever the person had, and for what? little cosmetic wear?,) they should bring back pvp armours, or at the least only have the ep system apply to your target, if you guys complain about people farming, cuz i doubt people r going to be farming target kills, that would take ages, and even if it were to be farmed, i suggest a nerf, offering 1/2 of what would original ep loots were, just to add some sort of profit to bounty hunter and making players looking foward to enjoying it furthermore than what is contributed to be bounty hunter, in conclusion please take in consideration what i said, please, you guys are listening to the community, so please take notice of what i said! thank you

Here is a suggestion.

Why not add a potion like an overload from NMZ, BUT that overload will have a random stat boosting properties, it would range from Attack to Magic ( each sip would be random) and the effect would last 5 minutes ( Like a normal overload? ), therefore preventing you from drinking the potion for next 5 minutes to avoid cheating :)

Boosts to Strength and Range would be extremely rare 1 in like 20 sips, to prevent people basically 1 hitting everybody with AGS's and D Bows?

I think this item would be extremely useful, as you would have 5 mins to gear up and use your advantage against other players!

What do you guys think?
