second remove pvp worlds**** MEANS WILDY NOT OVERAL. otherwish remove savety from the banks then it wil be more fun to !

give peopel for each poll 500k cash, or 6hours doubble xp for every poll u vote,

second put in bounty hunter target teleport!
second dont update more then pvp gear release the revants to.

keep it easy, its not a private server.

I don't know if you guys will read this or not but here it goes anyway.

To start, I like the idea of a shop where you trade emblems for points to buy items but I would go further than this.

Pvp armours, they should be released as a rare drop from killing a target who is risking gp in the form of alch value (as there is no G.E to use). I would suggest that there should be a sliding scale of how rare these items are based upon how much you risk. While I am not sure on the specific alch values of gear related to armours that are used to pk I would suggest that you make it so that rangers (who's armour and bolts do not account for a high alch value) are not excluded from the lower bracket.
So for example:
If you kill a target who has a risk of 0-30k gp in alch value then the chance of you getting an additional pvp armour drop would be 0%
While if they had a risk of 30-99k then it would be 0.5%
100k-499k = 1%
500k+ = 2%

Obviously those figures could be changed dependent on how rare you feel the items should be.
To prevent the armours being farmed by friends going into the wilderness together and getting each other as targets to try and get the highest chance possible, I suggest that this mechanic should only take place on one or two worlds. This would keep the worlds populated enough so that it would be incredibly unlikely that you get your friend as a target.

TLDR - Pvp armours as rare drops dependent on risk.

Rewards idea (Not sure if right spot): Cosmetic items that visually turn 1 item into another, much like transmog in other games. Example: an item that turns d scim into a whip visually only (could be like a red whip or something to avoid some confusion).
Also maybe like pvp obtained only armour trims like the ornament kits(obviously different colours).
Edit: Not sure if mentioned but another idea too could be like PvP zones or world only spell tablets like "Vengeance Tablet"
Edit2: Maybe another thing could either be higher capacity ring of recoils or something to combine ring of recoils for higher capacity.

ok this is the best thing i came up with, potions that can be useful for example special recovery the way it used to be ( useful for pvmers as well), prayers unlocked by a really high amount of points( pvmers as well), brawling gloves but not only usable in wilderness, lets say a 1.5x boost on the world environment and a 2.5 on wilderness..., and not new armour but instead something like you guys did to the whip(an upgrade by attaching an item) this way the item price wont be devaluated but the other way, of course it has to give an improve on it, and make it on the comonly used armour on pvp environments as well as the high lvl armours such as gwd so its pvmer friendly ( the amount of stats that it boosts will be the tricky part.)

This overcomplicates an already working pvp system (the wilderness).

It will also reduce the number of PKers in other worlds, making the wilderness a lot safer.

You're also re-adding in content that contributed to the demise of RS2 instead of creating new content.

Why would I earn ep to get 50% of my opponents loot if i could go into the wilderness now and get 100% of anyone I kill.

I don't really think Runescape OLD SCHOOL needs Dung, dragon Claws and all of this stuff its unneeded. They bounty idea is good on paper but in reality is it really going to help anything. Everyone wants Statues and and stuff like that and they don't realize how much that affected the eco the first time age dropped from 135m to 70m it cut prices in half. Not everyone is supposed to profit from pking I'm sorry thats not how its works and thats what everyone wants. The best profit the worst lose. "I can't make money unless you lose it"

'Dragon Scimitar Slasher' - This item will be an add-on to the Dragon Scimitar which will change the effect of the special attack. While this item is added the special attack has a 50% higher chance of slashing your opponents protection prayer. This will only last for 250 special attacks and degrade.

'Magic Shortbow Overdraw' - This item will be an add-on for the Magic Shortbow. 'Overdraw' will be attached to the bow and reduces the special attack to 50% and adds an extra draining DPS feature from 3 draining down to 1 over a 6 tick period of time. (much like the Morg Jav's special)

'Amulet of Regeneration' - This would be a new amulet which would regenerate your health by 10 instead of 1 every tick. The stats would be less than a Glory Amulet by 2 in attack styles and 1 in defence stats. And there wouldn't be any teleport options on it.

'Boot Enchantments (Range, Magic & Melee)' - These would be enchantments for the current boots already in the game. Each style would have their own enchantments. Something along the lines of this;

- Range Enchantments : Boosting the accuracy by 10 and chance of enchanted bolts activating by 5%.
- Magic Enchantments : Boosting the accuracy by 5 and has a 25% chance of saving your runes for each cast.
- Melee Enchantments : Boosting the max hit by 1 and increases your special attack recovery rate by 5%.

'Teleport Tabs For Ancients' - Teleport tabs for the Wilderness locations of the Anicent Magiks. You'll have to still complete Desert Treasure to use them.

'Bracelet of Mercy' - This item can be worn while inside of the Wilderness GWD, the monsters won't agro on a player if they have it on.

'Gloves of Resource' - These gloves when worn inside of the Wilderness will give the player a chance of obtaining double resources such as Ore, Logs, Fish, Bars, Chinchompa's.

'Ring of Wealth (i)' - This would enchant the Ring of Wealth for Wilderness monsters only. Giving a higher chance of obtaining loot from the 'rare' and 'very rare' drop tables.

That's some of my ideas so far for rewards. Tried to give a good mix for PKer's, skillers and PvMer's.
