This is such an unfair change. I only picked the clue relic because I knew how difficult juggling would be without it. I invested time into a certain route/playstyle based on my relic choices.
This is a competitive gamemode.
Clue relic pickers are being punished for correctly anticipating that whilst unnatural selection would make the early game grind, and some PvM drops, (and thus points) far easier/faster to obtain - the clue relic would make late-game point acquisition that much easier. You're actively punishing a group of players for having the forethought to pick their relics and areas wisely - which was the entire spirit of the league to begin with.
Anyone that picked US had a far easier time grinding combat and slayer, for two weeks, and now they're also receiving a boost to their ability to do clues. TS pickers get practically nothing out of this update. All the early game advantage weighting against late game advantage goes out of the window if this change is pushed through.
