a hard filter where certain words are censored even if your filter is off... yes, let's tackle mean words with pure censorship instead of auto-muting bots and bot spam.
also, i didn't even know jagex supported BLM. black lives matter is filled with stupid people and racists. they only care about black deaths if it's caused by white men. they don't give a shit if it's black-on-black crime. they give even less of a shit if it's black on white crime. they will never talk about the disturbing crime rates in the black community- only if blacks get murdered by whites.
they are racist and anti-police. there are more blacks killing each other than cops killing blacks. but you won't hear about that from the media or companies like jagex. it's apparent by now that BLM exists for pure identity politics and to intentionally anger people with half-truths and misleading information... perhaps BLM is even a controlled group for a specific agenda.
It's funny, sad and ironic. jagex goes on the george floyd bandwagon... but like 99% of people, doesn't give a shit about cases like Tony Timpa- which was worse with the cops joking about him dying. but never mind that, tony was white. who cares about him?
i play video games to escape reality. i don't like politics in my games... and i sure as hell don't like people being auto-censored. i don't care if they're mean words you don't like, i never approve of censorship unless it's excessive spam.
it's a sad time when video games are becoming more and more political and are against freedom of speech. Censorship is a lazy way to deal with things. It doesn't "erase" anything. it doesn't change minds. Censoring/blocking mean things is just sweeping it under the rug... a rug you don't even know exists. The dust will keep collecting in there. Some day it will spill out and you'll have to clean up the huge mess. No one will be prepared for it.
Anyway, people won't give a shit, but i think it's about time i move on from this game.
