That is a failed poll.

A MAJORITY = 75% or more.

In case you didn't know, a majority would mean more than half; also known as 51%. However, Jagex will not add/remove/change polled content within the live game unless it acquires 75% or more.

Even if Rs3 rn went back to normal combat like Rs07 would people play it? No because its too easy to get xp and too complicated with all the armors and junk; aside from paying to win, which is already in this with bond transfers. People enjoyed the simple 07 game, I'm not against all updates but some of them are just ridiculous. If you support NMZ in this game you shouldn't play a game called old school based on 07 version.

If you want to play a strictly 2007 version of Runescape, go find a private server. If this game isn't updated its player base will slowly dwindle and die like it is already.

This won't work without an EP system. A target system alone isn't going to solve pking. PvP worlds have had a negative impact on pking with all the rushing and the fact that you can use full void or torso/fcape/defender/fighter hat and risk nothing while still pulling off some insane hits. The community is alot smaller now anyways. The truth is the EP system did have some good things to it. It was a much needed item sink for items such as whips/bandos and other items as well. People were inclined to bring better gear in order to kill their targets. People did not complain about ragging since you could get good loot off everyone you pked. Vesta/statius took gp out of the game since they would degrade to nothing. I know the ep system was not a balanced system in any form, but it did offer a couple good things into the game. RSB clans picked up the pvp items as well which removed some gp from the game. I think EP could work if ep was nerfed a bit.

nope, not voting for this. This is going to ruin pking even more, Jagex has made it clear they don't want pkers in their game anymore. Apparently it's all about skilling & PvM.

I clearly said i'm not against all updates, but i played back in 2005-2007 and i could see which direction RS was going and then it was awful***** back in 06/07 when we had massive amounts of players and wildy and everything people like was my favorite and I would keep it this way as the only potential to attract the base of people it previously had. Certain updates could ruin this game just as easily as RS2/3 was ruined. For ex. bringing DClaws into the game destroys pking, it becomes 95% claw rushing and everyone is scared to risk. Just like in PvP worlds where very few risk because of return items like fire cape/fighter torso.
