That^ is exactly what I was thinking.. and honestly, I'd rather they polled to add divination as is and add it to old school.

Instead.. it sounds like a mush-up of the 2 skills and it's not appealing at all. I don't see why they don't just add the better portions of it to expand on existing skills (offering a change in what to do to level.. less boredom, for sure) and try to come up with something... original.. for old school. I am completely for warding, new skills should definitely be put into the game. Oldschool isn't about keeping the game exactly the same as it was in 2007 forever, its to keep the look and feel of 07 scape while still being able to move forward.

Ohh really? It's not? Let's look back at when OSRS was first released. The stated "This is not us screwing up, we are only hosting this for a historical representation, nothing else. Only modifications that will be made is for bugs and bots."..... Look how far that has got us lol!

I seriously think a reason they are adding this to the game is try to give players another money sink skill... That being said, this skill is going in too many different directions . It's a neat concept but I gotta say I will not be voting yes on this skill.

There's too much going on with it, it seems overly complicated, and I agree with the other posts that this skill is literally just a combination of Divination and Invention just bred together.
