Bulwark Rework
I know this contradicts what I say later in this post, but...
Bulwark is already not that good in PvM.
Maybe just make it's damage reduction lower in PvP.

Magic Defence Calculation
So Magic Defence would be calculated differently between PvP and PvM. That's a no from me. Please try to keep combat mostly consistent in OSRS.

Marble Lectern
I feel like this is unnecessary? Like, building two rooms is not a big deal.

Tithe Farm
The real problem is that playing Tithe Farm is about as much fun as watching gras grow.
It is incredibly monotonous for a minigame. Minigames are supposed to be fun and require at least a bit of thought.
Please consider a full rework.

Or replace it with Vinesweeper and keep the current rewards.

Some of the changes are great like house advertisement boards, but please do not say in one part that pvpers are concerned that it costs them more to repair untradeables and then in another say your planning more changes for pvp only and will leave pvm alone because then next post will be that pvpers feel cheated so you have to change more pvm stuff to match the pvp changes you made specifically stating that pvm will be unaffected, do not make untradeables need to be repaired in pvm simply because that's what pvpers expect now. Keep up the good work improving both sides of the game but don't try to make them the same.

I have been playing osrs since the day it was released, and really I have mostly played to pk. It is about time the granite maul is nerfed. This gmaul spec is the thing that has prevented me from enjoying singles pking. All singles pking currently is about lowering hp, going in for a gmaul spec and another weapon combo, and hoping to stack over 99 hp worth of damage so that the other player cannot physically out-eat the attack. And if the special attack fails, the play teles, gets more spec, and repeats. This change may actually bring more people into singles since it wont be all spec-tabbing after the gmaul is gone. Maybe the DDS will finally be used again. Considering how cheap the gmaul is, it is incredibly overpowered. Adding an expensive bounty hunter attachment is a great idea to balance this broken weapon with some risk for those who still want to spec-tab. The only people who are going to be in favor of keeping the maul spec at 50% are those who have pure accounts literally built on spec-rushing and tabbing. The maul as it is now discourages players who are not as familiar with pking from trying it because they get dropped instantly (and when they survive the spec, the player just tabs, preventing a real fight).

While I mostly PK, I also have done some PVM and have many friends who do. That being said, I am definitely in favor of adding some risk to PVM. Nobody PVPs because PVM is much better profit. Other than the instanced areas, PVM is literally low to no risk and high reward. Either add a repair option to expensive equipment so players actually have to think before bringing OP gear to boss (and act as a gold sink), or bring back the old mechanics where items appear on the ground for everyone to see after 2 minutes of dying (this would add some extra entertainment back to PVMing, as you wait for others around you to potentially die and collect their gear). It also would make PVM more high-risk high-reward.

The gmaul update is the most absurd thing you guys have had so far. It sounded like a beautiful proposition until you claim that the g maul add on will always drop as 1m on death. Instead of that ridiculous update which will kill the wilderness, keep the spec update with the add on making spec require 50%, but make the g maul add on more expensive like the saradomin tear and keep the high alch value of the upgraded maul low. That way 50 attack pures can still use their gmauls as a +1 and have a chance at getting smited for the g maul add on (same concept as sara tear), and then mains abusing ags/gmaul etc, will always lose the maul on death due to the low high alch value.

Quoting my first post I did on mobile, since I wasn't able to look at the announcement while posting (and forgot one other thing I wanted to touch on).

I'd also like to propose a less intrusive approach to fixing spec-tabbing. You guys made a change to make it impossible to teleport after spec'ing, that fixed one aspect of the situation. However, it didn't really fix much, and annoyed quite a few people.

I feel a much better restriction would be to have the player be unable to teleport after initiating a fight for x amount of time. I'm not quite sure on what would be reasonable there, but it would make sense. If they manage to kill whoever they initiated the fight before the timer is out, the restriction is lifted.

This would prevent rushers to a degree, making anti-rushing much more feasible. It would stop spec tabbing, and not hinder people trying to get off that last spec when out of supplies, still able to tab whether their spec goes through or not. It also wouldn't hinder people retaliating, or make it harder to escape if rushed.

I see far less downsides to a restriction like this, and I feel it would accomplish what the initial restriction set out to do, in a better way.

Also, the price of the add on could be around 50m bounter hunter points, which would make the value of the g maul upgrate worth double the saradomin tear. This would add more opportunity for loot potential in the 60-80 combat bracket, due to the chances of being smited for the maul upgrade. This concept would also completely end ags/maul abuse apart from rushers willing to risk their 15m maul risk + gear. Of course, when the player loses the maul on death the maul upgrade will appear on the ground (not the actual g maul).

This entire concept would also possibly make the prices of emblems rise due to people needing the maul upgrade since the gmaul is such a heavily used weapon, therefore pushing more people in the wilderness to grind out those tier 10 emblems!
