I know this is an old Post but I'm here to say I have been playing RuneScape since 2004 and the osrs community not passing skills is extremely troubling to me. I love the game but the content will run dry if we don't pass anything. It's quite annoying for people to be so stubborn to just not even attempt to add a new skill. I think jagex should force the community to have the skill for a short period of time that way it doesn't just get no voted like it does. I know that if agility was polled if it was never a skill it would have been voted no for. I'm pretty certain that construction, runecrafting, and thieving would have all got no voted as well and they are all a big part of the game. Just please do demos for skills then do the poll it would be much more different Mr.MasterD

Every one here is missing the point the simple fact is magic is a huge part of a rpg game beyond just combat what this offers is new way of magic imbuing and magic specific attacks for designated monsters you go kill dragons you pull out magic spells and gear for specific monsters you kill zombie you pull out your undead and undead robes for it adds value to single items not like melee where u can get all stats to 99 with 1 items whats the fun in that if we went back on time specfic wepons would only train specific skills like how the whip is only attack and def what this does is it opens and incredible possiblity for osrs growth the osrs team has never failed us dont you think they know how to develop the game give them a chance they seem like they have some insane new content to the game and if not you ganna go back to killing dragons like nothing ever happen and get some half asses update to make up for it and cry about it being dead content grow a pair take a risk and you wont even imagine the game without this missing useful content that will take this game to 2019 and beyond

One thing I'm worried about is using up another one of my 28 inventory spaces, I'm already carrying enough around on my daily runs and slayer tasks.

An Idea would be to have a wardstone slot in the worn items tab where we can carry a certain amount of wardstones everywhere to use as we please.

I like the idea and look forward to using these wardstones for PVM but I do not want to lose inventory space...

BIG NO. We do not want it. Please take this nonsensical "skill" to rs3 where the playerbase accepts everything that is being thrown to them. What happened to the polls? Screw the damn polls then if it isn't the deciding factor of what majority of the OSRS players want. "Who dares wins."

Cry m0ar nubnub. It's being polled. Don't solely bash risky drop tables and not the risk-free ones then wonder why the JGods shut your opinions out when analyzing why PvP polls never pass.

Scary to think this is possibly coming into the game. I genuinely hate the mindset of the Jagex team. "This isn't broken, lets break it!" Wish you'd just leave a good game alone and purposing these ridiculous ideas

they said they'll poll this shitty skill in may. may's almost done.

last time they were late with warding, they redesigned it to make it look more "appealing" to users.

they're probably trying to redesign it again.

they really want this trash skill to pass.. even if it means saying they'll do something and not doing it. and once they really do poll it, it'll be hidden.

they're working too much on this single skill even though it's not certain it'll pass or not. in fact, it's likely it won't pass, yet they're still wasting their time.
