oldschool doesn't need a new skill at all. only 5% of the community is maxed and adding a new skill is meaningless.

If you're going to add a new skill, make it quick, inexpensive, and easy to understand otherwise I and many others wont be voting yes to it.

Nobody is going to find crafting mystic armour to be worth their time. Since ancestral is in the game, any and all armour created from this skill will be dead content upon arrival and is a worthless skill to level except for people getting a max cape.

You will be delaying Lynx Titan's 200m all achievement by voting yes to this. There is almost LITERALLY no reason to vote yes to this skill. Go do raids and buy ancestral. There is NO REASON to craft mage armour.

and iron men? when drops come in the form of RNG you can literally be farming a monster forever.. take a look at barrows our clan just had a fun competition.. my drop rate for an item was 1/72 chests at 88.7+ percentage.. and one of our clan members drop rate was 1/12...

just because your think the skill is meaningless doesn't mean other will

looking a this from a financial stand point i would like to delay anyone from hitting max so they can continue to play

I think this is a great idea! But I do agree with other posts some skills need a rework.. smithing is out dated and you should be able to make dragon items.. why do you need 99 smithing for rune??? You will most likely be way higher level by then. Prayer needs more abilities..

Personally, I feel this skill should have been added many years ago! I agree that it fills in the gaps to craft magic armour.

People don't understand that it just doesn't create Mystic armour but it will do a lot more. Smithing allows you to create specific items and Crafting too! I am sure as the years go by and feedback is provided then they will add more to it to make it more useful but right now I think the game needs a skill like this to include other skills to bring them to life.

Majority of those voting no are not really offering any suggestions as to how they could improve it or a better skill to counteract so lets appreciate the effort the developers have put into this skill and vote yes.

I am strongly opposed to this ridiculous idea. I think any content related to warding should be incorporated into existing skills. I've opted to play OLDSCHOOL Runescape for a reason. I'm cool with new content, but let's keep the foundation of the game (ie. skills) the same and let's not create a reason for Oldschool-Oldschool Runescape once we mess this version up like RS3.

Hi Old School Team,

I was almost maxed on my original Runescape account but stopped playing with EOC like many others. I came back to the game about 14 months ago and have been loving it. This game is exactly as I remember (feels wise) and its just wonderful to play.

I was reading this thread and there are a lot of vocal people giving every reason why this update should not be done, from me I really hope you do release it :) and dont let the obstinate / stroppy (Obstropolous) people get you down or effect the great work you guys are doing.
