"We'd like to implement a tax on all stakes in the Duel Arena. Initially we'd like to propose a 1% tax. So as to allow items to continue to be staked we'd like to implement a Coffer which would require you to add Coins to facilitate the stake."
Players can easily bypass this by having lvl 3 ironman fights in wilderness and trading the amount of gp/items agreed upon to the winner. Redundant idea, easily made irrelevant.
"A trade weighting limit on stakes which would prevent one side being heavily weighted over the other. This again is with the intention of stopping odds stakers. It would work akin to the trade limit of old. You can stake as much as you'd like, but your opponent has to stake an amount which is within a certain range of your stake"
2006 called, they want their trade limit game mechanic back.
The Mage Training Arena: Enchanting Chamber:
Just make the regular orbs more viable than the d stones, the entire room is devalued by having the optimal method be world hopping and enchanting the d stones every 7 minutes. Perhaps increase the runes obtained from depositing the orbs in the center, or increase the points per orb to make it better than the d stone method.
Stealing the Wine of Zamorak:
Add in a 3rd floor for those with 750+ total if you're going to base the 2nd floor off of players with 500+ total level. Perhaps make the monks in their aggro to anyone, that way you can't camp to a full inventory but rather collect a handful per inventory and have to leave before potentially dying.
Anti-Dragon & Dragonfire Shields:
This will barely affect the botters, they already have multiple quests able to be botted, this would just delay the inevitable. They (botters) would be back up and running within a week or so. If the shields required quest completion, that could be a more effective deterrent.
