1. There is no sense in putting 5 or 10 seconds log out timer for wilderness, this is important to be able to mine runites.
2. For Frozen Waste Plateau if you're going to decide between 2 and 3 runite ores, I think you should go with 3 and also add the third one to the lava maze runite mine and two in the lava maze dungeon. This is so that a miner will stay longer in single world, making runite mining more meaningful than just looking at the artificial server timer. Also more chance of PKer actually spotting a miner who is online.
3. All runite, adamantite and mithril rocks should have halved respawn rates in the wilderness. This would turn Hobgoblin mine into more meaningful adamantite mining spot.
4. Chinchompa area should have one or two spawns of box traps. This is so that a skiller could continue hunting after incident or after sudden world hop.
5. Saradomin's Vow of Nonviolence
This could be a short rite in Monastery, requiring 80 prayer, and it will lower your Attack, Strength, Ranged and Magic to static 1 and
boost Defence by 51 permanently
. Using any method of non-hp / non-prayer restoration, or Zamorak Altars in Wilderness, will return all your stats back to normal.
This would be useful for skillers who simply want a better chance of survival and are not interested in smiting back.
6. Remove or decrease the world switch timer. It is old-fashioned and unnecessary.
7. Untradeable items shouldn't turn into GP IMO. They are unique rewards and it's part of the reward that they're often useful in the Wilderness. They're not overpowered and using only them combined with cheap items will still be a huge disadvantage.
8. All high combat level slayer monsters should yield twice the slayer XP.
