Have ores at fountain of rune so we can mine and super heat. Then an anvil as well.
Revamp the muddy chest
change the item spawns in the wilderness to better items
make it so that if you make pizzas in the bandit camp you get double xp and the chef will note them for you
increase the amount of runes that spawn in the dark warrior fortress.
Add concentrated coal rocks to the hobgoblin mine and a dwarf who will note them at the cost of a small percentage of your ore.
The chaos druids at the chaos temple should have a significantly higher chance of dropping high level herbs than other npcs around rs. they should also be more difficult to fight.
Hellhounds killed in the wild should have a dramatically higher chance of dropping lvl 3 clues.
Make the coal rocks south of the dark warriors fortress give better xp or mine faster.
REMOVE the scorpions and skeletons near the abyss so abyss pkers don't get constantly pjed!
Revamp the drop tables of all monsters in the wild
Make the kbd wilderness area
slightly extend the multi area around the dark warrior fortress
Make the revenants drop items that can revamp torag, ahrim, and karil set effects. Also revamp coif and thammers and make staff 1h.

Some good ideas, but I believe that skillers would get killed before making any real profit and get annoyed and like myself don't like to pk just make money and I would like to see a soloable boss (not for maxed player tho) in a safe area to be honest.
