Since Runescape is a game where everyone has a right to choose their own path, whether it be as a skiller, a pure, pvmer, or a pker.. I feel like everyone should be able to have an opinion on this update, and have it matter just as much as anyone else..
My first negative opinion on this update is making green dragons a multi zone, in my opinion that is a horrible idea. It is already a pain in the ass to weed through the bots to kill them as it is, now you will basically make it as annoying as green dragons in the chaos tunnels on rs3.
Secondly, it almost feels like you are forcing the wildy down a skillers throat. I, as a skiller, know the wildy is there, and choose to not use it. I don't feel as if I should be forced into using an area I don't care about.
If you want to bring a sense of accomplishment to the wildy, make it so when you engage in combat with someone, you can't retreat. Make every match a death match. That would cure the childish rusher, and pjer problem. Travel to a pk world, and watch the cry babies that are so afraid to lose their 40k dds that they hit you, and tele away when you hit them back. " Do not enter the wilderness with anything you are not prepared to lose" is rule one for the wildy, but it seems like a tele tab has solved that rule.
Lastly, making it so you can't tele out of the kbd lair? what is the point of this? This is 2007 Runescape correct? As I remember it, in 2007, if you ran low on supplies, you could tele out, stock up, and make your way back to the lair. Am I forced to log out in the kbd lair, or the wildy when I have to leave the game? I wouldn't look forward to dying in that laggy log in screen either way.
Jagex, it is great to see that you are at least trying to be interactive with the community, but it seems like you are picking ideas from the trash bin that didn't make it to eoc.
The problem with Runescape has always been bots... Fix these first, please. Before you let them ruin this version also. Thanks.
