A couple of things.
I can understand wanting to add new things to the OSRS, but I don't think these new skills are the way to go.
Artisan is a nice idea, but like what was previously mentioned, it's more of a task system/minigame rather than a skill. Instead of making it a skill, make it so that there are greater rewards per tasks completed that will benefit players in the game, like the Achievement tasks. Forestry is also like a minigame, as well as Herding, and I don't see the point in gaining levels for them.
Also, if Dungeoneering and Summoning were brought back, I would like to see Summoning not add levels to combat. However, I do believe Summoning functions well as a skill and could be left that well. Dungeoneering, on the other hand, I don't believe needs to function as a skill. I think it would also function fine as a minigame with all the same rewards.
Summoning helped too much with combat and it really did need to raise combat level.
Dungeoneering, I hated it. If it is brought back it needs to be a minigame and the rewards should NOT be the same. The weapons were overpowered and many of the other items were too. If it were a minigame you people who like it would still get your good exp in skills used and still beable to do that "grouping" thing.
