Runescape has never been about the gfx and specially 07 is not i think this why we love it more than eoc because it has that rugged dusty gfx, while retaining its original cool gameplay.Im perfectly fine with releasing it now because its a separate thing, whoever wants can do it so its not like its a must.That been said though focusing on quality of life updates may be better in the long run.

Personally I think You should delay the update until next february, add it on 3rd batch of zeah so zeah would have more content in it. Also spending more time on an update as such wouldn't be a dissapointment to us players because every small detail counts towards new experiences. ;) Really looking forward to this update, hopefully we will witness it in the game eventually.

Please Jagex Mods, please release it next year! QoL updates are really more important right now.
If the inferno is released next year the capes will most likely look much better then they will now!
It would make more sense releasing it after Zeah batch 3

dragon defender, berserker ring imbue, serpentine helm, primordial boots, kraken tentacle have all increased max str bonus for commonly used mele builds. Now we are going to add another cape that increases the str bonus for commonly used mele builds by a further +4?
All the while the max hit for range has not at all increased?

I dont really mind the range cape being removed as it offered range strength bonus which is quite useless.... it should have had a damage multiplier like the mage cape that was offered.

Why is the mage cape not being offered....?

I would say take your time and release it next year if that will enable us to get the best quality update.

I think it's pointless rushing updates out only to provide a lower quality of update.

Take your time, make it the best it possibly can be.
