I like it and I want to address a few things in this post.

Firstly, do not make it any easier; go for as hard as possible and don't let up !

I also saw some idiot saying we should only need one attack style which is ridiculous! We need to tribrid and have to think on our feet constantly; if people can't adapt to a hard minigame they don't deserve the cape.

I am fine without the mage or range cape, that leaves plenty more bosses or minigames to be released for those. I know some people are arguing against it but that's the feedback you'll receive the majority of the time, negative!

I would also be happy to wait a while for this update to come out, if we are drip fed updates like these slowly it will be great for the game I feel.

Others are also complaining things are getting to overpowered already in PvP and if that is the case make untradeables turn to coins on death, sure they vote for it on a poll but put it out there in a reply. Fire capes and Torso's not protecting on death is already -8 strength bonus so pkers can moan elsewhere.

Keep doing what you are doing, make it challenging and try not to take the criticism too harshly because unfortunately people love to moan on this game.

I find no reason to rush this content. QoL updates should take priority in limited free periods since OSRS is about pleasing the players.

I'd say wait to release it after Zeah batch 3. It would fit in perfectly since you guys want to do new graphics as well. The Tzhaar area does not need a mini game with new graphics, that would break the immersion. It would fit better with the Tasakaal since they relate to the Tzhaar and are supposed to be high level mobs with a high level slayer master. A hard mini game would give the Tasakaal area of Zeah more traffic as well.

Furthermore, there's no actual use for the new BiS melee cape. BiS gear makes things easier, but it shouldn't be released if there's not an actual need for it from the majority of players. If it were to be released after Zeah batch 3, it would be perfect for Raids (assuming Raids are done on time).

Why not push to have the new caves out for say early summer? That way we can still get a quality update rather than a rushed piece of work and I'd rather not wait an entire year for a new cave.
Also what's happened to the range and mage variants?

I really like the idea of a fight cave expansion. I would love to see this in Keruulm however, battling different versions of Tasakaal. (original Zeah dev blog, Quick find code: 380-381-118-65509025 )

I will vote yes to the expansion, however currently I am not feeling a new bis melee cape is a good reward. A new cape slot item for Magic or Ranged would have my preference.

Also, please take your time with this update. This update should be executed well and time needs to be taken. It is not an update you can easily add content to, to make it better (like you can with Zeah)

Peace!

I personally would like to see the capes released sooner than later. I think its about time that high leveled players could receive a best in cape slot that is more challenging to receive than one that a 1def pure can achieve. It gives a new identify to veteran and well rounded players. I also would like to see the mage and range versions as well throughout the course of the year. Zeah should be kept as a specific release but as someone else mentioned previously, maybe some of the other bosses could drop the magic/range capes as a high reward.

Oh and also idk if this will be polled but I would vote for this to be released with zeah part 3. I feel like a new fight cave in the same area as the old one would be kind of lame; releasing it in a whole new area instead would add to that feeling of rediscovery we're after. Yes, I mostly play OSRS for the nostalgia but the original reason I played rs back in the day is because I loved exploring the world and discovering what it had to offer. This is why I'm excited for zeah. It has a chance to bring back that feeling. However, I think we can all agree the first batch of zeah was a tad lackluster and if we can add the inferno to zeah, all the better.

And last but not least, I see a lot of people saying osrs was never about graphics. I only partially agree. I think people are confusing immersive graphics with fancy graphics. RS3 has fancy graphics, but osrs's graphics can still be inmersive. I remember the first time I went to the TzHaar caves when they came out. I was stunned by all the cool lava stuff, but in retrospect they're nothing fancy. The same goes for the first time I went to the elf lands, the first time I went to morytania, the first time I entered zanaris, the first time I entered any runecrafting altar (chaos and cosmic especially come to mind, but theyre all really cool). None of those are mega fancy but they all have a grasping thematic and it wouldn't be possible without the new graphic assets they had to release for most of them.
