I don't want to have to get out my farming cape to farm some crops, then get my firemaking cape out to search an underground cave for monsters, then equip my defence cape to start killing them, then equip my cook cape to cook some food while down there, then equip some other cape to tele out.

Also, defence and hitpoint capes would be more powerful than attack or strength during combat, so you couldn't wear attack or strength to be efficient. (with the current proposed perks).

All in all I am struggling to see how this would fit in the game without making it unecessarily complicated and actually offering something substantial while not overpowered or forcing you into a style of gameplay of what to wear and when.


The entire point of this update would be to give people a reason to wear skillcapes, aside from showing off.

The max cape would be overpowered with all these effects at once, especially while bossing. My suggestion for the max cape would be to give the player the ability to choose 5 cape effects and pay a fee if you decide to change one of the added effects of the max cape. Rank #10 Hunter in OSRS

Pretty nice, maybe the herblore cape can have a similar effect to Humidify spell (but only works with vials) and Farming cape a similar effect to Cure Plant spell, you would only be able to use them a limited amount of time a day though. I know these looks more like magic perks but this just popped into my mind and I had to post it.

Allow it to have all the perks simultaneously. ( NO ) this would make it unfair to the players who pvm. if it had all the perks and boosted att and str with super combat and had all the best gear it would not be fair to other players who struggle to lvl all stats.


Allow it to only have one, which you must operate the cape and choose. (YES)
