Just a few thoughts for some perk changes.

Fletching: Chance to fletch/string two logs/bows at once

Fishing: Chance to catch two fish at once

Smithing: Chance to smith two ores at once (not sure if it should only use the coal for 1 ore or both)

Woodcutting: Chance to chop two logs at once

For all of these, don't give xp for the two actions, just one.

I prefer these perks for these skills because I feel they would benefit the money making aspect that these skills offer, only slightly, but enough that it would matter.

(Aiming the perks at money rather than xp rate, because I have never seen a point in xp after level 99)

I really like the idea of gathering capes to have a permanent boost when equipped.

Could Construction cape have perk to reduce cost of butler?

In my opinion Farming perk should not make changes on the amount of herbs you get from one patch. Shoulld we rather get a teleport near the 6th Farming spot we got via diaries, no one is using it at the moment.

Herblore cape could reduce cost of making (unf) potions.

Cooking cape has been updated to not burning anything rather than just having the cooking gauntlets effect.

Currently even with gauntlets you will still burn dark crabs at 99. This would allow you to cook dark crabs without burning any (and anything else that can still be burned currently - Manta Rays/Sea Turtles).

Could herblore cape have a slower drain for those boosted stats. For example it currently takes 1 minute to go from 115 to 114 Attack. With the cape it could take 2 minutes instead. Thus making you use less sips of potions in the long term.

For Attack, Strength, Ranged and Defense capes:

Drinking potions of the same type as the cape provides an extra 10-20% in the level boost. This will make it much more useful than unlimited teleports to the warriors guild. What player at that level is actually going to need that? Plus the ranged cape acting like an accumilator seems a little too useless.

For HP cape: Ability to store one piece of food in it.

For the runecrafting cape:

This is a tough cape to get, so maybe wearing it negates getting skulled in the abyss, or teleporting to the abyss automatically brings you to the inner ring.

BTW, in this thread you stated if the sailing skill had passed. You make it sound like the sailing skill poll failed, but it passed . you guys are still going ahead with the skill, right? or do our votes mean nothing to you?
