Being able to use our existing account changes everything. I might actually play the mode occasionally now. This little change has been enough to convince me to vote for it once the poll is up.
Still a few concerns though:
Runes:
The supply of runes needs to be increased, especially bloods. Otherwise, melee is going to be
extremely
dominant on this mode due to how easier it would be for them to gear up.
Clans:
Will the guards be able to deal with clans and what measures will be taken to ensure that a bunch of friends/teammates don't just get together and place a chokehold on resource areas?
Quests:
How will quest rewards work out with the xp reductions?
Bank Keys:
Saw this on Reddit but it's certainly something that needs to be mentioned here: There has been no mention of the bank keys having a timer. I'm sure there is one, but we need to know. If they don't, then a person could just kill a bunch of low levels, hold the key for a month or two, then loot the bank when they have more stuff.
@Shido, the data will be separate, otherwise someone would just buy all of the stuff they need on the normal version before going to the deadman server.
OSRS Mage Tank.
Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.
I'm assuming that we just use our regular login to get into deadman, but then we start fresh? Sounds like an exciting time. Can't wait for massive clans to take cities over and such, and then other clans laying siege upon said cities to push the original clan out. It's gonna be fun!

It's unique, something which I think I will enjoy. I think that this should be a project for later though, maybe year or two. I would prefer if new monsters like the abyss demon wouldn't come out as I'm tired of new items which are best in class coming out, turning too much into rs3 at this rate, with new items which are getting better and better and more op. A few questions though:
Will G.E be allowed?
What does "insuring your items" mean? Does this mean you will be able to select certain items and protect them in your bank? Will this include stacks?
When bank raiding and inventories worth of stuff, will you be able to note items and take out stacks?
Will you be allowed to switch gamemodes, like from deadman to regular?
Are you only allowed to join the deadman world?
How many deadman world's are there? If it's just one, it's not going to be very fun as all places will be packed.
If G.E is allowed, will it just be between all deadman trades or all 07scape servers?
If it is created, I am curious about how the economy will be setup, if it's a barter economy as it seems like items will be important, or if standard coins will be used if G.E is used. I think this will get a lot of people at first, but then it will die within a month. Mostly for pvp, and we already have the wildy and pvp worlds for that. I don't think skillers will like it to much, and neither will pvm dudes, not going t be a large community. Either way I think it's a neat idea and sound pretty fun, but will end up being a huge waste of time in the end, as there's too many things that could be abused, too many bugs to be fixed, new rules will probably have to be made and enforced and will probably just split the community.

So if some1 takes my existing account on a deadman server (hackers you know..) and they kill me, i'll lose one inventory of stuff and levels.
The question is... are these account datas combined with normal servers or not?
I don't get it.
This sounds really cool. I got some questions though. I can take my account that I'm playing on right now into that server? If I go outside and get skulled all of this stuff can happen? They can raid my bank etc? Or is it just for new accounts?
What's the point of skilling on a deadman world though? You say 5 times the xp so does this mean if I go and start mining some ore I'd get 5 times the normal xp? Or does this just apply to the PvP combat xp.
Skillers would become a precious commodity in DeadMan, with high level Herblore characters probably being the most useful for large groups of people. Anybody who can make you Super Combats and Saradomin Brews is somebody you'd want to keep.
